FIXING THE UK'S WORST FORD FOCUS ST

We might have bought the UK's worst Ford Focus ST but fixing it is a whole new problem. After having the car on a rolling road and it only making 187bhp we sent the turbo off to be refurbished, replaced the cam belt, carried out a major service and chucked a few subtle mobs into the mix ( a big intercooler )
find out how we get on putting the car back together and starting it up for the first time since stripping it apart.

@maddercustom 😂😂 that's how I f**k up most of my cars anyway! You Deffo should of put an uprated actuator and recurc valve on that turbo while you had it off aswell!

We did mention it but the guy who refurbed the turbo said he’d check the actuator and said it was fine. Trying to keep costs low as much as possible ( although we bought an intercooler 😅 )

@maddercustom an uprated actuator will just help if you go bigger power, will hold boost better, worth thinking about anyway before you go get it mapped! Better recurc will give you some nice turbo flutter through the air filter!
I didn't notice in that kit but did it come with a silicone turbo to crossover hose?

No it didn’t mate we only replaced a few silicon hoses really, it was mostly to get the intercooler in. We do have big plans for the car but that’s all to come in the next few videos
