      I had to drill a few holes per fender. For the fender liner clips and to attach it to the bottom mounting points. I guess it depends on the type of fenders and what they have pre-drilled already. Mine were an older production set, so they had a few holes not drilled.

      I love em!!! It's so crazy seeing my car slammed like that.
      I almost messed up my oem fenders today. I Didn't straighten my wheels before airing out. It was a close one. Pretty stupid, luckily no damage.
      FYI, I'm gonna try my 9.5/265 rear wheel/tire set up tomorrow. I'll keep you posted on the fitment. I might have to switch to a 245 or 255. I know I won't be able to air out but that's ok. What brand of tires do you have on your 3IS? Pilot sport 4s have a little meat to them. There are definitely better tires out there for lowered cars needing every bit of wheel well space. I have the Eastwood fender roller in my Amazon cart but I’m not sure I want to pull the trigger. Any advice on that move?

      Hey, trying to narrow down options when it comes lowering my whip. I've had coil overs and like the flexibility of them but when it comes to my Lexus I really would prefer to keep oem suspension. My issue is that if I go with the super low option I'm worried that suspension might not be stiff enough. Every coilover I've ever had I pretty much put it to the stiffest setting possible. I live in a shitty city with hills and pot holes. What's been your experience? Have you tried other suspension options before landing on rsr? Any info will help. Thanks in advance

    • @Grey3IS
      @Grey3IS  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@8th3IST Unfortunately nothing will be as comfortable as OEM. If you live where there are shitty roads, I maybe recommend coilovers since you can adjust the dampening and height according. Still, they’ll never be as comfortable as OEM. But stiffer isn’t always bad. The RSR spring route is a great way to get low with OEM shock comfortability. But they are fairly stiff and you can’t adjust that.
