    Well Great to hear Bob I am an avid golf nut for about 35 years now and 65 yrs old and just went through my second hip replacement , first the left then three months later the right now I'm 2 weeks past the right hip surgery and we're coming into March and hopefully by April start swinging the club again for the new up coming season and looking for an improvement in swing movement , Cheers and thanks for posting !

    68 years old and 10 days into anterior total hip. Walking and taking stairs like I use too. Took my first swing for grins and expect to on the course in 8 weeks, walking 9 in 12. Meantime gotta work on my putting!

    I'm 25 and getting the posterior method done on my left hip in 5 days. Really looking forward to how my "new" swing feels.

      @@danmcarthur8077 First 2 weeks were pretty stationary, but I was fully functional within a month. The PT isn't bad, but keep after it. Clam shell is the best one and I bet they'll give you a list of what to do. I'd do it in my bed the moment I woke up. Everyone's different, but I waited 3 months before swinging with any speed. Easily getting my hip done was the best thing that's happened to me in recent memory.
