- Today marked the first step in the process of drafting QB Caleb Williams, with holding his Pro Day today. The Bears got a good first look at him. So let's take this opportunity and recap his Pro Day as well as the influence of it for the further draft process.

Cool, calm, and collected. But also with a passion for football and a fierce competitor. I'd say that's close to the perfect temperament for a QB.
I’ve heard he’s been friends with Keenan Allen for a while, and he also turned up to watch him yesterday.
Makes Poles move to get him for us even better( especially for a 4th rd pick ).

Caleb Washington: I don't like running. It may not look like it, but don't like running unless I have to. I like throwing the ball to my receivers.

What about taking Brenden Rice with a later round draft pick, son of the greatest WR of all time?
Depends on the pick for me. While watching Calebs tape Brendan didn't necessarily blow me away but he's got some upside. I actually really liked his teammate Tahj Washington better. Different skillset but he's a burner with great hands🐻⬇️
Pro days are worthless, especially for a QB. An example is Zach Wilson - the Jets bought off him because of a few good throws. He proved to be a terrible draftee.
Actually couldn’t care less…
I love Justin Fields, but I have moved on, and I hope other fans do as well. I am sold on Caleb now, and I am excited to see what he brings to the Bears.
I just hope they draft his receiver who is going to be with him for the next 10 years or Left Tackle

Poles did right by Justin in the end.
Fans don’t realise we had to use multiple first rd picks and had dead cap space because of Ryan Pace.
Totally agree that another receiver and a top Tackle would set us up lovely( I’m hoping Alt drops to 9 ).
