Another part of Mayes game that is very underrated is his own ability to make plays out of the pocket. He is very good at the extending the play and keeping his eyes down field looking for a throw. He’s not quite Caleb Williams in this regard but the gap isn’t as big as people think when it comes to extending the play skills
Personally, my gut tells me that Caleb is overconfident and could potentially get exposed in the NFL, whereas Patrick is a humble killer who developed the right foundation under a really good coach in what is probably the perfect system for him to succeed. Drake is the better overall prospect in my book.
@@bobbymcdonald6121 You should watch the actual games .. dude has no offensive line running for his life all game dropping dimes combined w a defense giving up 40 points a game having to pull something out his ass to win every single week .. without Drake Maye the Tarheels are a bottom 5 ACC team instead of top 5
williams goes through progressions super quickly in the pocket but also has a much faster release after seeing his target. Harder for defenses to react because of that.
Caleb has a bigger arm and more athleticism, drake can drop a football into a dixie cup at 60 yards in double coverage. Take your pick, you cant go wrong
Can easily go wrong. Usually does. Ironically Same bs said bout every bust qb from USC and UNC. Lienart tribusky etc. More bust coaches than QBs in NFL history though. Bottom teams have poor development.
You said that Caleb Williams makes his plays from the pocket, but he literally runs out of the pocket on almost every plays scrambling to the left or right. Drake Maye is more of a pocket passer than Caleb
when the o line is garbage and he's constantly being pressured, he pretty much has to; '22 and '23 could not have been more different for him in terms of protection.
As a long suffering Washington fan, I am glad we have the number 2 selection, and we have a new GM that is known as a great talent evaluator, and that actually knows what he is doing. There is hope after the long dark night.

Maye will be the better pro qb. People don't give Lincoln Riley the credit he deserves for making these qbs look so good in his offensive system. Baker Mayfield, Hurts, Muarry, Rattler all looked great in Riley's system all before Williams. Yet no one realizes it.
Rattler did not look good, that’s why he got benched lol.. Also Hurts and Murray are both star QBs. Baker Mayfield is an average QB. This is a moot point. If anything you’re pointing out how well he develops QBs
@slasher11 how's this for a better take, Cheer on Williams. He will not be a star in the NFL. Maye will be. Maye will be a Josh Allen/ Herbert. Williams will be a Mayfield. People saying Williams is like Patrick Mahomes have down syndrome.
Your just pointing out how good he is a developing QBs Kyler is great when he’s on the Field hurts is a star QB (he’s struggling a bit right now it kinda scares me as an Eagles fan) he’s got a decent arm not great but pretty good he’s very elusive and can run and get outside the pocket
You said Maye is able to read the game quicker than Williams. I'm a Bears fan and have had my fill of a physically gifted runner (Fields) that can't read defenses or move through his progressions. Fields holds the ball longer than any other NFL qb's and ends up getting sacked. Bagent got sacked 1x per game to 4-5 for Fields. Watching this vid, CW had plenty of time to throw. Not sure he has that amount of time in the NFL. I don't think all that physical ability can overcome slow processing time. I'll take the edge on processing speed any day.
LOL Maye is more like Fields. Maye also holds onto the ball too long and often panics and runs himself into sacks, theres TH-cam analyses on him. Like Justin, Maye is big, athletic and can run. Maye can also throw the deep ball like Justin could. Maye comleted 63% of his passes compared to Williams who completed 68.6 percent Whereas Williams is smaller but can make every other throw. He's ridicously accurate even when throwing off balance. And like the commentor said, Williams has better footwork in the pocket than Maye, and ask any QB and they'll say footwork is the most important skill.
@@turtleislandlac1490 I watched UCLA kick USC's butt and saw Clemson hand it to NC and Maye. That is the only game action I have seen of CW and Maye and I am really not impressed with either of them. I was hoping the Bears would keep Fields for another year of his rookie contract and pick up Bo Nix later in the draft. Again, can't say I really know much about Nix other than his stat line which is impressive. His accuracy is very impressive, but I have no idea of the competition he faced. I just wish the Bears could get players that punch lockers and break vending machines when the team loses rather than guys that celebratory dance after individual plays.
Scarface is telling you in his own way he prefers white guys. For the same tired reasons mofos in the 1970s preferred white guys. Because for some reason, they're thought to be smarter. Same tired bullshit. Scarface will be feeling that way, with no justification, in 2070. Allow him, and his kind, to die in peace. He deserves no fanfare
Well that's not really true since we've drafted 1 qb since Eli to be a starter and the Eli draft they were between the obvious 2. Also I really hope Giants are smart and get Drake cause he is the closest I've seen a QB look like Eli in his throwing motion and arc. Williams I think will be fine but I think his career trajectory is going to closer to kenny pickett than mahomes. Neither one are as good of a prospect as Stroud was last year though.@@rpx10453
Nah I watched Drake Maye highlights and my jaw dropped... The way he looks off and reads defenses is crazy as a sophomore. Reminds me of rodgers as a pocket passer and makes plays out the pocket like mahomes with the left handed pass and pump fakes. Im a bears fan so UNC and #10 think would be due for disaster... No. I want this kid.
Heels fan here shame Trubisky didn’t work out .. I thought he had real potential to be a top guy feel like his growth was stunted there they was like 11-5 one season and then fell apart regardless Drakes a whole different beast
Drake Maye is the most underrated prospect coming out of this draft since Mahomes. And he's going to be the number 2 or 3 pick. Jayden Daniels is fool's gold but I'm hoping the Commanders try to be woke and draft Jayden, so Drake falls to the Patriots.
Honestly as a Bears fan, I’m hoping we pick Drake Maye. The level of accuracy and read progression we see in him is something we’ve yet to ever attain and reminds me the most of Joe Burrow but with a cannon akin to Herbert as pointed out. I know most people, even in my fan base will say passing up on Williams would be crazy due to his playmaking ability. However his tendency to hold on to the ball in college is something that,if not nipped in the bud quickly, will put us in the position we are now with Fields
Fuck that, that's the last thing any UNC fan wants to see, the bears ruin another mobile QB from UNC. y'all need to get Sanders, a pure pocket passer. that's what the bear obviously want, yet they keep drafting mobile QBs and forcing them to play out of their style
@@Travis338 I have to disagree, Drakes football acumen is thru the roof. He IS UNC football, without him they are not a very good football team, just like TT without Mahomes. @fifthdimension8142 You have a reading comprehension problem, so let me try to dumb down my comment for you. When Leaf and Manning were getting drafted, the so-called experts said you can't go wrong with either one! It was 50/50, and Leaf, I believe, went 1st. If they knew the information you mentioned, do you think they would have taken him? Now, with that said, Manning wasn't without flaws either. He has a scandal with a lady that he had a disclosure, and on the field in college, he couldn't win the big game. Tee Martin did after, with QBs you never know. Also, someone else on here said Williams is a drama queen, so who knows. They got roasted by ND, so maybe it isn't clear about him. With that said, you never know. If my take was so terrible, then all the analysis that said both were awesome in 98 shouldn't have a job, but they still do.
@@fifthdimension8142 how do you know? Williams let's his mom paint his nails and wants ownership stake of the team he gets drafted to. This dude has bust written all over him.
I’m a Giants fan, I understand why Williams would go number one, but if the Giants have chance to get one of these guys. I would take Drake. Mainly because of personality. He looks pretty calm in the pocket and doesn’t get rattled. He is also 6’5 220
But, but you already have one of those😭😭😭. Can we move away from the quarterback shaped athletes to actual guys weve seen play. I get why people dont like calebs attitude but the most important quality for any qb is self-belief. Clearly caleb is one of these guys that after throwing 3 picks and the crown screaming bench him he will be the one guy in that stadium with full belief in his abilities
@@JesseJones-ir2lhhe was off by 1 inch lol, I do t think that changes his point in any way I also, imo, think Maye is a much better football player, but Caleb is the better athlete and much better outside the pocket. These guys both have a lot to love about them but Caleb runs exclusively from shotgun and he’s a one read guy, not saying he can’t learn and exceed under center and going through progressions but as a total package “football player” I would never rank that above someone who does. That’s not a knock on Caleb as he is very good at what he does
You really don’t draft someone that high on personality. He’s not calm in the pocket he tends to bail too soon and he throws a lot of interceptions. You have no idea what your talking about. Having no attitude or personality is not a good thing at the quarterback position. I’d rather a QB with attitude coming in who you can try to coach and can command the offense then someone who is afraid to talk. It’s Daniel Jones 2.0 with without maybe the puss ass face
I'll bet everyone Drake Maye has a better career the Caleb and Jayden people will talk but let's see what really happens Maye has a accurate Cannon and enough run abilities to be Herbert and Mahomes
Really hoping the Bears take him. I think Maye will translate better with his size and pocket passing. But they need blocking bad, especially C. Powers-Johnson at #9. Also Maye kind of resembles a bear if you squint your eyes. Anyway, dropping this shizz here. May Allah help it to age well
As a bronco and ELWAY fan sense birth I think DRAKE MAYE is John elway 2nd coming.. As a UNC fan I've watched him for 2 yrs and the kid is so humble and if there has ever been a bigger team guy then I'll be shocked... DRAKE MAYE TO DENVER!!!!!!
Drake does not have elite arm talent nor is he great at reading coverage. There's going to be a serious learning curve for him in the nfl. I also seen him short arm wayy too many passes to say his arm is elite. I think he's a 3rd rounder at best and Caleb is head and shoulders above him as far as his ceiling
imo, caleb williams is extremely talented, but i would rather draft drake maye. i mean, do you really think caleb could sit in the pocket for 4-5 seconds each play just to get chased down by fred warner??? i think he could definitley be the better qb if he could develop for a year or two, but if you're 1st overall, and you need a guy to have that immediate impact, drake is the better choice
As a bears fan, looking at these two guys, I'm actually hoping we keep Justin.. Who's bigger than Caleb, faster than both, ROCKET ARM, and humble.. Unlike Williams..
The other issue is - character/off the field...can either one be the franchise guy? can he deal with media/fan expectations?...often that determines the ultimate success of a QB.
Caleb is not even close to Maholmes in any way style approach . Caleb doesnt have a coach on the sideline with 400 different play on every down and distance. Caleb doesnt have philly speciel plays . All he does is get in shotgun and throw. Ever played flag football. Thats kaleb williams playbook. He draws it on his hand.
@@tomfarrell4550 you didn’t understand what I’m saying I meant he plays similar to Mahomes he’s not as good I’m not making that argument I actually think Drake Maye might be better but he’s very elusive he runs around and makes something out of nothing and he just looks like him out there
@goldtalksports you sound do a video on how good the acc is and has been the last few years. This UNC FSU power battle is one for the ages and the supporting teams or great contenders too
When Williams is behind or him or his team aren't playing well I don't think he shows the kind of leadership you'd hope for. And he certainly isn't going to throw NFL DBs to the ground. First time he tries he is going to be lit up hard. I've watched Williams more than Maye and my impression of Williams is a guy with crazy athletic ability but a guy that is a bit spoiled by his fame and the bright lights of USC. We've seen a college QB from USC ruined by that before. I think between the fame, bright lights of SC and buying into how great he is will hurt Williams. I don't see him watching hours of film and studying the playbook like the greats. Maye, I think will, and he already runs a far more complex system. As a GM I'd want to take Williams but I'm gonna take Maye. Maye has a massive upside five years from now that continues to about year ten, I think Williams will peak in two years and once those knees get hit that scrambling will be reduced by a massive margin and thereby a great deal of his game. Maye.
Everything you describe about Caleb sound like Kyler Murray... All that playmaking will never happen at the NFL level. Defenses are too big, strong and quick and those playmaking opportunities turn into constant bailouts and are by far less successful at the NFL level. That is why Drake Maye is the better player by a mile.
Caleb is doing his best right now to not get picked #1 overall. I would pick Drake and Bo Nix before Caleb. After Caleb went crying to his mommy, I wouldn't pick a mental case like him at all. If he thinks college is hard, wait for the pro's. He might need a safe space on the sideline.
I kinda think it makes the Carolina Panthers look foolish in the 2023 draft. They traded up to get the # 1 pick to pick a QB. Coulda traded down and got some good assets for the base of the team, and draft a top QB in 2024.
Neither are as good a prospect as Trevor Lawrence was, and he is still struggling in the NFL with a very good team around him. None of those scouts were projecting Pat Mahomes from Pat Maholmes , meaning lot of variables go into how a QB develops in the NFL. Caleb Williams is not a top 6 QB in the NFL right now like some dummy said, he very much could end up being just like Lawrence, Fields, Young and many other star collage QB's that need time because of the situation { coaches and team} around them.
I can tell u didn’t watch Lawrence. He was a really good prospect. But the generational title he got was completely overhyped. The best qb we’ve seen in the last decade was undoubtedly borrow. Lawrence was really good but the dude couldn’t read the one side of the field. He was really overhyped and those who watched his tape know this to be true
Burrow is the only QB with large hype to actually pan out in the NFL in recent years. Johnny football = xfl Tebow = announcer Baker = mid Lawrence = mid with talent Fields = trash Young = trash so far Burrow stands alone atm And Williams isn't half the player Burrow was in 2019. If you think about the QBs that have actually done something in recent years like Allen, Hurts, Mahomes, Herbert, Tua, ect, they were never hyped up to anything until they actually got to the NFL. I'm still struggling to understand why Williams won the heisman last year...especially over Stroud, Duggan, Bennett, or MHjr
Personally, I think Jayden Daniels is the best prospect. As a Falcons fan nothing would make me happier than seeing him in a Falcons jersey on draft day. I certainly think all of these guys possess the intelligence and talent to translate to the NFL.
There's a lot of sec bias with opinions on QB. JD is the most overrated prospect. His comps are Justin Fields and Lamar Jackson. He's nowhere near as athletic as either and he's way too skinny. How fast does his 40 need to be to make him can't miss? He needs 4.4ish to be top 5 pick IMO. 2nd round + if he runs a 4.6... Fields is a WAY below average passers and Jackson is still not great. Do you think JD projects better as a passer then either? I don't. I hate Fields but give me him for a 3rd round pick over JD in 1st now.
JD's passing reminds me of young Lamar Jackson. Whoever takes him is going to need 3 - 5 years to get him right. I also don't see many timed throws (e.g. slants) or safety reads. Just a toss over the head of a sometimes open receiver. I'd love to have his running, but he needs work.
Huge Caleb fan here but based on what i have seen, drake would make a better NFL QB in the long run. Drank has an ideal size, great pocket presence and elite accuracy.
Caleb hasn’t done crap at the NFL level and already has a list of teams allowed to draft him and he wants part ownership of the team. That’s what’s out there and if true, red flags everywhere
@@NAT-turners-Revenge And? He has a torn ACL so he might not even be starting until week 8 next year. Also His contract is basically two years with no severe cap hit if they cut him after next year. Plus Dabolls job is on the line next year. If he drafts a QB his coaching window is extended at least 2 years to provide a competent team for Giants fans. This notion that DJs contract prevents the Giants from picking QB is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Have you looked at how his contract actually works?

As a Bears fan, if things keep going south this season, drafting Caleb Williams would be a dream. They need to set up legit coaching staff first tho. If we fail with him, i would give up whatever faith i still have left, lol.
As a Bears fan, both are exciting prospects. However, I don’t want Williams. Nor does he want to come to the Bears, either, which is a red flag. But on top of that, I do not want an undersized quarterback, though. I played D2 college football. Nothing to write home about. But I know firsthand about the beating one takes playing a football, even just through the eight years of high school and college. The NFL is an absolutely different beast. Size absolutely matters. Especially at the quarterback position. The one person who got away being Williams size was Drew Brees. A one off. Look at Carolinas season and tell me that size doesn’t matter. When he’s actually measure, he’s probably going to come up as 511. One out of every 5 ir six plays it’s going to cause difficulty seeing over the line at That level or throwing it where it doesn’t get tipped at the line. And on top of that, he is very slightly built. He will get lit up like no one’s business next level. Maye all day.
As a Cowboys fan I really hope the Giants get Caleb Williams. Instead of practicing harder after a loss hell just cry like a baby. There will be lots of tears in his future if his with the Giants. The Eagles might literally end him. Itll be great to watch.
I'm a bears fan so realistically I need both of these players to be the same person. But each of these cats has something that can't be taught that really jumps to me. Williams: obviously the +plays where it's him vs the world immediately and still manages to make effortless plays. Maye: that arm is special and the way he delivers the ball is special. Gives me PTSD flashbacks from how Rodgers throws, which is effortless and silk.
I think if the Bears end up at #1 we may have a choice of Maye or Maye......something tells me Williams father was speaking about the Bears when he said Caleb could return to school depending on who has the #1 pick.....and Maye scares me more than Williams, he throws some really bad picks and there is the whole #10 from UNC thing. Williams size is a concern to me also especially with the OL, even assuming Davis returns to prior form once he gets through the personal issues....they still need to replace 3 lineman(I don't think we can count on Tev ever being healthy at this point)
Caleb possesses CLEAR traits from several of today’s elite passers. It’s like he was built in a lab with the dna of Mahomes, Allen, and Jackson. It’s honestly uncanny! My only concern is that he lacks the humble nature of those guys
As a pats fan I would love drake maye compete opposite of jones and Calob Williams will go number one so he won’t be realistic I don’t think the pats will be that bad
pats fan here i would love Drake Maye but i would rather get Caleb and if we get a top 7 pick we can trade for number 1 and get one of these QBs and with how Macs playing its very realistic
It’s hard to imagine that Belichick couldn’t win at least 2 or 3 more games. But after the last 2 weeks, I dunno, they can barely get a 1st down, and they can’t get anywhere close to the end zone. It’s within the realm of possibility they get the #1 pick. If they get beat up by the Raiders this weekend, I’ll be confident they are getting #1

The real difference is that Maye is a competent QB that can read defense, select the correct audible, reset his blocking, and also handle complex passing progression. Williams does none of this, it's all handled by Riley from the sideline, beside the complex progressions which Riley doesn't have in his offense. Williams has next to no prospect as a pro, he missed out on years of critical development of the mental aspect of the game. Further, Williams is one of the worst QBs in cfb when under pressure, he has been since a freshman, and he's shown very little improvement. Williams throws well, but he doesn't have the mental aspect of the game and he crumbles under pressure. Go ahead and draft him, the Cards took Murray who had the exact same problems, and it worked out well for them.

you already have a QB. get him some time to actually throw the ball and he'll be ok. kinda hard to do anything when you take 2 steps back and have 2 guys in your face.
I have a feeling Caleb might get exposed in the NFL because of his size and his athleticism failing him vs the much better NFL speed and size on defense. Drake looks like the more prototypical QB. Caleb looks awesome though, not knocking him, just 6 ft is short for a QB with 6'7 lineman in the way in the NFL.

Another part of Mayes game that is very underrated is his own ability to make plays out of the pocket. He is very good at the extending the play and keeping his eyes down field looking for a throw. He’s not quite Caleb Williams in this regard but the gap isn’t as big as people think when it comes to extending the play skills
Personally, my gut tells me that Caleb is overconfident and could potentially get exposed in the NFL, whereas Patrick is a humble killer who developed the right foundation under a really good coach in what is probably the perfect system for him to succeed. williams goes through progressions super quickly in the pocket but also has a much faster release after seeing his target. Harder for defenses to react because of that.

@@abraarhuq9221 are u saying CW is comparable to Lamar?
LOL Maye is more like Fields. Maye also holds onto the ball too long and often panics and runs himself into sacks, theres TH-cam analyses on him. Like Justin, Maye is big, athletic and can run. Maye can also throw the deep ball like Justin could. Maye comleted 63% of his passes compared to Williams who completed 68.6 percent
Whereas Williams is smaller but can make every other throw.

@@JesseJones-ir2lhhe was off by 1 inch lol, I do t think that changes his point in any way
I also, imo, think Maye is a much better football player, but Caleb is the better athlete and much better outside the pocket.

And Williams isn't half the player Burrow was in 2019. If you think about the QBs that have actually done something in recent years like Allen, Hurts, Mahomes, Herbert, Tua, ect, they were never hyped up to anything until they actually got to the NFL.

One out of every 5 ir six plays it’s going to cause difficulty seeing over the line at
That level or throwing it where it doesn’t get tipped at the line. And on top of that, he is very slightly built. He will get lit up like no one’s business next level. Maye all day.

If I'm the bears number 1 pick is Williams number 2 pick is maye
Caleb will probably go number 1 overall, but my bet is Maye will have a more successful career in NFL and will be the better QB.
Caleb possesses CLEAR traits from several of today’s elite passers. It’s like he was built in a lab with the dna of Mahomes, Allen, and Jackson. It’s honestly uncanny! My only concern is that he lacks the humble nature of those guys

Let's see 😮 the difference is Tribisky and Holmes. Don't pass up on Caleb. Bears need a franchise QB for once.
Pats definitely in on these QB sweepstakes. Methinks they get Maye because Williams will be gone at 1
Very informative, thank you for putting together a great video
glad you liked it!
Man having Maye a true Josh Allen replica would have Dabol salivating..GMEN need this guy
Josh Allen looks bigger, stronger, with a stronger arm. Maye looks more like Herbert.
knowing us we’ll find a way to win some weird games and end up with a pick in the 8-10 range lol
@@s3anb0i40I don’t know after the Vegas game things may come down to the Giants and Patriots game for a top pick that’s a toss up game . I thought we would be better then this at least 4 wins right now…
@@marcusgilmore5211 lol i couldn’t have possibly foreseen jones tearing his acl and tyrod being put on IR. we’re fucked now lmfao
@@s3anb0i40 yea I know off I know that we overachieve last year but I don’t think the season was going to get this bad. I feel like they got a little too cocky in the Dallas game and they wasn’t playing James football like we played last year. I was a private chef for the Buffalo Bills when we played them a few weeks ago. And I met some of the players Isaiah Hage should be more involved in the offense this year. When I spoke to him he looked really sad. We had an identity last year this year we don’t…
I have to go with Drake Maye because of his size and accuracy
You do know Riley has developed not 1 but 3 current NFL starting QBs?
2 of which were ready to be productive as year 1 Rookies
And the 3rd just played in a superbowl
@@drumusic5665 Kyler Murray will never take a meaningful snap in the NFL again. He wasn't prepared to be a pro when he entered the league, and he's apparently too stupid to learn now. He's literally a meme. Hurts was a finished product before Riley got to him, and Mayfield is just now starting to become an average QB.
I hope my raiders trade up and take Drake. I think we'd be contenders with him at the helm on this team. Yeeee
I won't say that they're both for sure going to be the 1st 2 picks because of Marvin Harrison Jr., but I do expect both to be top 5. Great video!
super true and happy you liked the video!
That's tru realistically them three will fall either in the hands of the 1st 2nd or 3rd pick
The one and two picks will both take QBs over a receiver
@@charliebakerspennot over MHJ
@@Daviddd3729I don’t know Caleb William Drake Manye are insane QBs there definitely 1 and 2
Young and Kyler Murray are probably just as talented but they are short too and have struggled in the NFL it’s hard to see over guys that are over 6 ft
I disagree with the take that Williams has better overall arm talent than Maye. There’s literally clips of Maye getting taking down getting folded in half and still making a 15 yard accurate throw for a touchdown. Maye can also extend the play. Super underrated part of his game. No one gives him credit for it because it gets overshadowed by Williams a little but maye reminds me a little of Aaron rodgers when he extends the play. Both dudes have insane arms and insane playmaking ability. It’s a coin flip who will be the better QB and it’s pry a debate that’ll take place for the next 10-15 years if us fans are lucky
there are clips of caleb williams running to his left and throwing the ball 40 yards in his reciever facemask stop the bullshit
I would like to know who is the harder worker and who loves football more.i think whats honna seperate them is between the ears, who can go threw there progressions faster, read a defense, make better decisions, whos a better teammate.they noth look amazing, who will go to the better situation.
Surely one of them are drafted by New England🙏🏻
It's a very tough call. Either one (or both) could be wearing gold jackets 25 years from now. As a GM, the player who commands respect from his teammates and provides the best leadership would be my deciding factors.
Honestly, as a Bears fan, I’m hoping we pick Drake Maye. The level of accuracy and read progression we see in him is something we’ve yet to ever attain and reminds me the most of Joe Burrow but with a cannon akin to Herbert as pointed out. I know most people, even in my fan base will say passing up on Williams would be crazy due to his playmaking ability. However, his tendency to hold on to the ball in college is something that, if not nipped in the bud quickly, will put us in the position we are now with Fields With how Jordan Love has been playing I hope The Packers draft either of these. I don't have a lot of faith in Gutekunst though So basically, it doesn't even matter which one you choose to be the QB for your team because both of them are studs. I agree with the take that Williams has better overall arm talent than Maye. There are literally clips of Maye getting taken down getting folded in half and still making a 15-yard accurate throw for a touchdown. Maye can also extend the play. Honestly, as a Packers fan, I'm hoping you stick with Justin Fields.
you already have a QB. get him some time to actually throw the ball and he'll be ok. kinda hard to do anything when you take 2 steps back and have 2 guys in your face.
I am hoping that Chicago does not go with Drake. I would hate to see Drake go to a team that kills QBs.
@@iambarnowlJordan Love is the Packers QB for many years dude
@@Sauveguy ? I don't think you read my comment correctly.
Shout out to the giants fans coming to watch this vid after going 1-4 😢

As a Raiders fan I'm hoping we trade up to get either one of them. I don't think I care too much about what we give up. Just get one of them. If Caleb didn't seem like a head case I'd say get him because the improv plays are just ridiculous. That highlight of him going out of bounds and throwing a nice pass that got caught was absolutely absurd. You're not supposed to be able to do that.
If Raiders draft Caleb they’d better sign his mommy to

There are actually a couple other qbs in this draft that stand out. Maye and Williams are just the top 2 guys.
no doubt working on another with guys from this class as we speak@@nickcollins1493
One of them is a future Patriot
Caleb is better and it’s frankly not close
I would agree with the Mahomes comparison but I'll add my own for Maye.. He's a weaker armed Aaron Rodgers type that will develop better pocket mobility with experience, so take your choice 🤷🏽♂️
I see a lot of Burrow in him. A decent arm even though it’s not a rocket launcher but makes up with that through accuracy and a good ability to extend broken down plays
@@lnnrt0161 I'm getting a lot of Denial Jones comparisons for Maye, I never thought about it but he kinda does but only a lot smarter and quicker processing alignments than Jones
Caleb William is a top 10 QB in the NFL right now, maybe dare I say top 5 or 6. I just hope that the one team who wins it all on the Caleb Williams sweepstakes is not some poor ass franchise in which he will rot 4 to 5 years. Panthers should've waited for him to make the trade for nb.1 pick, not Bryce Young😢
Bold statement. Thought i think i agree lol. I said the same thing last yr about my texans, i didnt think any of the qbs in the draft last yr looked worth the high picks they were expected for. Itll be interesting to see who ends up needing a new rookie qb after this season
i think we all agree that no of us wanna see these guys go somewhere that'll ruin there development. that being said, nfl scouts are always looking 2-3 years ahead of projected drafts to get ahead of other teams so maybe the panthers saw something in Bryce Young that we won't know about and really liked him enough to go all in on him🤔
@@GoldTalksSports Maybe you are right, but I feel like Caleb will and or is a much more polished player than a guy like Young, now I am not saying that as a rookie he will be the next coming of Jesus but certainly better than some vet QBs *khm khm Russell Wilson khm khm*
No place like Chicago welcome Baby
I'd rather even have Maye over Young.
I'M JUST SAYING BROTHER SPEAK THE TRUTH BROTHER AND 💯 KEEP UP THE NICE WORK 👍 BUDDY AND STAY BLESS
As a bear fan and hearing you say maye can read the defense better that's what we need. Fields has admitted to not being able to read one let alone look any defenders off.
So this year Maye has played in 4 games. He has 5 touchdown passes and 4 interceptions against the likes of South Carolina, Pittsburgh,Appalachian State and Minnesota....Justin Fields currently has 11 touchdowns and 5 interceptions in 5 NFL GAMES....YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING RIGHT

Caleb is like Patrick Mahomes
Maye is like Josh Allen
Shader Sanders is like Lamar Jackson mixed with Brady
Sam Hartman plays more like a Brady. And Maye is a way more accurate Josh Allen. Caleb Williams is another product of Lincoln Riley offense system. The same offensive system that made Mayfield, Hurts, Muarry Rattler look good and put up crazy numbers before Williams.
