Bar Santos Tortilla is famous among international tourists but it is crap. I am from Córdoba and I do not recommend it. Good food choices man !! You only missed from typical Córdoba food : Rabo de toro, Mazamorra, ensalada de naranja con bacalao , alcachofas a la montillana and Pastel cordobés ( a traditional pie, a dessert) But there are many other meals hehe, our food its rich and diverse. Bar Santos definitely wasn't our favorite tortilla ever, but something we had to try when in Córdoba. We had the alcachofas in Jerez, and they were phenomenal! As for the others, we just ran out of time-or rather our stomachs out of space-during our 4 days in Córdoba. It looks like we'll have to come back though! The typical dishes are : Mazamorra, Salmorejo, Rabo de toro, flamenquín, alcachofas a la montillana, berenjenas fritas con miel, pinchitos morunos, ensalada de naranja y bacalao, etc. And good restaurants? Taberna Salinas (near to Corredera Square), Cuchara de S. Lorenzo, Taberna el Pisto, Taberna Góngora, Bar El Poema, Taberna Mezquita, Bodegas Campos, Garum, La Taberna del Río, Taberna Moriles Pata Negra, Taberna La Montillana, Misa de 12, the restaurants around the Almodóvar Gate are also good, And many others hehe 😅. Enjoy !! Although I have seen the weather predictions And It is going to be a rainy week 😔
