The second reception room is perfect as an office, as a place for the TV or even as a gaming den. The spacious kitchen/diner and the conservatory could become the heart of the household. Two of the bedrooms might be more comfortably singles than doubles. The rear garden is also peaceful, and having the workshop contiguous with the garage would make it suitable for a hobby room or man cave.
