      @@rameshh8777 it varies depending on your weight. you have to cut, any “diet” will work but you have to be in a 500 cal deficit everyday and eat low cal foods to maintain it. No junk food

    I usually do 3-5 sets of each exercise and it takes 40-50 minutes. I workout 6 days a week and I have already reduced waist size by 2-3 inches in 40 days. Thanks man!!!

      Don’t do it everyday. The soreness from overdoing it daily will definitely catch up to you. Then you’ll have no choice but to rest for 24 hours before repeating it.

      Switch it up, work your legs and take rest days. It's better to recover from a workout than in injury.

    This was my first workout I tried from you. 3 months later, what a difference in my body. I started in 85 as a teen but I trained in the in the 90s- 05. I really started working out and changing my eating habits to the days of old. With your motivating videos I don’t feel I have been working out alone. Thanks for helping me get rid of my Dad bod.     Just wanted to leave a comment to let you know how grateful I am that I found your video and your channel. Making a big difference in my life.
    I don’t even think you realize it, but your videos are very easy to follow me being a visually impaired/blind individual. It’s really hard for me to find good videos to follow as I have to do a lot of zooming in casting the videos to my 70 inch TV. But with your programs you are very good at describing in detail what you’re going to do next most of the time. It’s a lot easier for me when you give good detail and I don’t have to spend the extra time between sets, pausing the video, then having to zoom in, etc.
    I definitely subscribe to your channel and have been liking the videos. I just wanted to comment to say thank you just be aware that blind people are watching as well. and it definitely makes a difference when I have to work a lot more on the program than on other things outside of it. I’ve been able to do the last four programs I have watched and listen to. Without much of a hassle.
    And believe me when I tell you, I’ve been exercising for over a year now and have a real hard time falling any videos, and usually just give up on them due to the fact, it’s too much effort on my side. But I’ve been able to follow your videos with minimal effort. You just a normal man talk in a normal voice, not trying to sound like a guru or steroid head. Lol keep bringing on the great contact my friend. God bless you for all the help you’re doing for others.

      @@vinodchris actually yeah, these are good starters, but I eventually had to start doing more things on my own, but to start? If you do them consistently daily with one or two days of rest, along with EATING right (the most important thing) you’ll noticeable progress, but diet is important, you could eat like garbage and work out 4 times a day and see no progress

And while I am doing other exercises I find that almost all arm ones are too easy or too hard. But this one is just right, it’s awesome, cause I think eventually I can up my weights😁

    I'm going to be 48 in 3 weeks. I haven't worked out (aside from walking) since my early 20s. I started doing this 10-min routine 2 weeks ago with 12 lb. weights. Today is day 1 of week 3. I do it about 3x/week. I just made it through to the end without having to pause the video halfway through for the first time.
    Thanks, Midas. Do you have something like this (10 mins, free weights, no bench or other equipment) for triceps and shoulders? I follow this up with pushups right now (from the bathroom counter, since I'm starting back after decades) but I'm sure you'd have something better.

    Only do it once a week to keep in shape, it destroys my arms. But i moved up from 10 to 12kg. Maybe in a month will start trying 14kg(with switching to 12 when arms get tired mid way thru). Thx for the efficient arm destruction routine man)

    if dont really know that much about muscles but i saw a video that less reps gain more muscle so would it be better to do less of this it will it make no difference in terms of muscle mass

      This isn't Rep based at all, it's time based and 15 Minutes is already super short but also perfect for hitting smaller muscles like your Biceps/Forearms.

      They're usually best trained together since you use you use your Forearms a lot while training your biceps.

    On house arrest so can’t go to the gym. Good thing I have some 25lb dumbbells laying around. Better than nothing. Have no at home routine so I’ll try this out thanks.😊
