The Offspring cover Payolas Eyes Of A Stranger New Years 2014 Maui featuring Dexter Holland, Kevin Wasserman Glen Sobel on Drums Nita Strauss Guitarist tribute to Bob Rock
So cool to see one of my top fave bands play this song. I had the pleasure of photographing the former bass player of the payolas this weekend! Dexters voice definitely does this song justice.

sounds great ... one of my fav songs!
Bob Rock on guitar covering his own tune!
Very awesome. Nice rendition.
they rocked this!
Very awesome. So good to see them having fun!
The first line of that song is what i'd probably say to Dexter if i met him... "Can i touch you to see if you're real..." LOL
I can guarantee you he is real, but I still recommend finding out for yourself. ;)
Nice job! Love this song!
OFFSPRING SOUNDS GREAT SINGING EYES OF A STRANGE
Super
Great song covered by a great band.... and others.
Wow, I was expecting a disaster. Good job dudes.
This is killer enough said
Bob Rock is 1 of the writers ✍ He also produced the recent Offspring album. BR permitted Offspring to perform this.
Decent version. 👏
How many songs the guys from The Offspring played in this event? Just the 3 that you uploaded?
They did "Come Out In Play", "Eyes of A Stranger" and "Shout" in that order
Awesome cover of an 80's immortal tune. The guitars/vocals are SPOT FUCKING ON. Audience..SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! The guitar at 3:46 on is AMAZING...
I didn't know Gary Busey sang in a band
Drums need those few extra toms. A bit simplified.
Four guitarists? Overkill.
Four Guitars
One Bass
Should’ve been played at a faster tempo, would fit the set better.
Noodles!
This guy sounds like a dying cat at times. Very pitchy and mistakes.
Holy s**t! I always thought The Payolas were British. Now that I know they're Canadian, I kinda don't like them as much.
They did a pretty good job of this, but not really the best song for Dexter's voice. But what the hell is wrong with the crowd? Stoned and stupid?
Armpit Studios agree. It's *just* out of his range.
Pot is legal
Most of the crowd probably didn't know the song, if I had to guess
This song is totally in Dexter's range and sounds very great! What are you babbling ?
