This is what you get in the same price in Dallas, Texas. Your own mansion in the capital of Texas with a private swimming pool and over 1 acre of garden. This was just an example of what you can buy in 16cr in other parts of the world. Property prices in Pune are in bubble due to parking of black money, and people are willing to buy at such unreasonable prices. This is a beautiful apartment in one of the best places indeed. But not worth over 10cr at all.

But it’s look like outside of Texas.of you see main city like our property is in main heart of the city.
According to my study in US itself you’ll find in 3cr-8000sqft.
But in pune main area there’s zero availability of land and if you find something then it cost 9-10CR.
So there’s no comparison between Texas and pune.
Texas is5x of pune they have huge land.
@kunalgholap You are right. But still I feel the prices in Pune are inflated. But if people are willing to pay then definitely the prices will be high :) I live in Sweden and here also I can get a big villa for 5cr. I wanted to buy a luxury property in Pune to call it my family home when I return back. But looking at the prices, I don't think I can afford luxury in Pune 😞
