Wakko is the greatest cartoon character to have ever been developed he's my favorate too. no one other than Jess could have given him such adorable cuteness and personality as he has he really did an outstanding job bringing our little wakko to life the part will always belong to Jess he is wakko.. wakko is such an icon of the 90s and will always be important in all of wakko's fans lives 😋.. wakko is adorable cute and hilarious plus a talented musician he is the great wakkorotti and is also very affectionate and also wakko doesn't wear any pants lol 😋
