This is a very realistic video I must say. Yes. Im a Quality Control Engineer here in Manila. Punchlist lahat ng visible chipping sa sides ng laminated boards. Kelangan irepair by repainting or worst ( pag malaki at kitang kita ang chips) papalitan mismo ung board. Kaya kelangan right tools ang gamitin. Kudos kay sir Oliver. SLU Alumni here. 👍🏻☺️

I love the way na talagang pinapakita nya lagi yung costings at estimations. Very informative. At talagang nakakatulong sa mga tulad kong tao na nangangarap na one day, magkaroon ng ganito kagandang kitchen 🥰
Baguio City price po ang binigay nya. Pinakamahal na ang housing cost dito compared sa lowlands. At ang labor cost dito is halos minimum ang 1000 PHP per day per worker. Wala pa yung kape nila dun.
Magkaiba pala ung labor cost ng Highlands tas Lowlands😅
@@volleyball9407 naka-standardize ang rates dito noon pa. 9 years ago yung minimum wage na 650 PHP for construction worker. Halos ayaw na nila gumalaw sa 1000 PHP. Hindi lang natives dito may ganyang rate. Mas typical din dito contract rates which is usually doble pa sa per diya at lower quality.
@@volleyball9407 may difference din sa basic service rates like mechanic repairs. Mas mura ang Manila. Dito may minimum na 2K PHP sa home service or kahit gas station basic repair service.

Meron pong sliding stainless racks na mas mura po. Isasalpak na lang, made according to size of cabinet. Nasa 4,500 to 5,000 ang 2 layer set with tray na po. Punta po kayo sa Alonzo, Manila andun po lahat pati mga fixtures sa CR.

Problem is ikea dont deliver kahit saan sa philippines. Pero bahay ko fully ikea. hehe so far don't expect too much kc ikea.
Sana may affordable pwedeng i ship sa provinces ikea products kasi maybe near future pa sila mag put up in cebu and davao and northern luzon mahirap naman if sa manila lng meron mapapamahal sa tracking para ipadala. Inter island pa naman pinas. Love their product kasi madaling gawin kahit babae ka durability depende sa product but design much better kaisa sa nabibili sa mall sempre kasi kadalasan compact kusot yung gamit local maker well some of the ikea product are same but much better quality.

Hello Architect Oliver, im also Licensed Architect here. You can use an edge banding machine for gluing the pvc edge band.

Add ko lang sa sinabi ni Architect Oliver
May option din to have good edge band which is gagamitan ng HOTMELT na operated na ng edge banding machine na mas matibay kasi once natuyo agad yung hotmelt at kinalas mo edge band sumasama na yung kahoy sa tibay so protected na talaga yung edges niya. Kaya kung low budget ka at nagtitipid din sa cabinet, contact cement and gamit pang dikit ng edge band ayun nga lang maikli buhay na pwedeng maghumiwalay sa board just like what Architect said.
Kung may malaking budget ka talaga sa kitchen, you may ask your architect to hire a modular cabinet makers or sometimes yung architect na kukuha ng cabinet makers then sa kanila na yung design.
