What do you mean when you say american style? Pero kung spacious kitchen ang tinutukoy mo, may mga ganun din naman dito especially sa mga upscale neighborhood. Ang problema kasi satin dito eh limited ang space natin kaya as much as possible limited din yung pwedeng ikabit sating mga kusina para mai-maximize natin yung space ☺️

i think hindi po recommended. first yung texture ni phenolic na madulas hindi magandang ipaint finish, 2nd hindi siya ganoong matibay kapag nababasa na ng tubig just think of a phenolic used for formwork. yung content/composition ng phenolic (yung nasa in between ng surfaces niya) unlike marine plywood is hindi intact.
sana po magkaroon din po kayo content for baretype houses na townhouse na under ng PAG IBIG yung 22sqm up and down :(
