Doing the work myself taught me a lot. You should always learn every aspect of your business before outsourcing.
Couldn't agree more
Couldn't agree more! Have to put in the work.
Agree!
I swear I'm so sick of clicking on a faceless youtube videos with a title that interests me and I'm immediately greeting with sterile elevenlabs AI voiceover.
Your AI needs a significant overhaul. SUCKS! It persistently recycles irrelevant content, completely missing the mark on the topic - It's insulting always choosing disabled people when the topic is "hard work?" AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHY WHY WHY should anyone endure the monotony of identical, uninspiring videos for each session, let alone pay for the privilege to use the same video?- I ALREADY HAVE THE SAME VIDEOS - OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! DID I SAY I "OWN" the same crapy videos over and over and over again? AND PAID MAX for WHAT??? This is far from what one would expect of a commendable product. In its current state, it's profoundly disappointing POOP and falls short of any standard of quality.
Couldn't agree more. Let me know any financial topics you want covered and I'll get on it. 🎉❤

I don't have a YT channel, and I don't post faceless videos --- in fact, I avoid them... Folks: NOTHING GOOD IN LIFE COMES EASY or FAST.. If it did, everyone would be making tons of cash and driving fast race cars and touring the world on lear jets. dream on. JMHO> thanks
The trick is you have to create a topic where the content is more important than the voice.
Thank you, this is very helpful. I think that faceless is the way to go now. There is no need to get judged by some randoms because of my looks, voice, etc... I have to say that even though I don't consider myself a beginner anymore, I still remember getting started. It was a tough journey. Of course, things are a lot easier now and I'm super grateful that I didn't give up and stayed patient all the way through. I believe that hard work and patience (with a little bit of famester of course) is key to success!!
which channel do you own?
It’s a bot.
@@dr.winstonsmithI don’t think it is. Usually bots have new profiles, no profile pic, and no subs. He has 9 subs, a profile pic, and joined 3 years ago. Plus his comment isn’t very bot-like. Most bot comments are things like “we can all be successful if we follow this advice❤” or some shit.
@@christiansaravia7865but this famester comment is everywhere?
@@christiansaravia7865 It's a bot of some kind, just because it's better than most doesn't change that. The obviously botted likes and the famester promotion shows it
I have a small channel but I am lucky to be monetized so my advice for anyone on their journey is to not fear failure but welcome it. I say this because instant success will show you nothing but failure will open up new paths for you to try until you are on the smoothest road possible. I really want you guys to not give up because youtube is a marathon not a sprint and I have the luxury of gaining traction everyday little by little because of the library I have created in the past. Good luck to anyone and everyone 👍
This was well put!
@@MrBeads. Thank you, and I wish you the best in your journey 👍
Thank you my friend. What are you working on?
I really need that encouragement! Appreciate it
@@SheMadeWhole No problem 😎
I want to thank you I have watched all sorts of these type of videos from VidIQ to Nimmin and you are the only one who made me realise that shorts and long form need to be separate, so I split my channel in two and the shorts channel has gone through the rood, the long form barely a view. In splitting them up I can concentrate on the shorts and leave the long form for a while. Thanks again for just saying it as it is, Short viewers want a different thing to viewers of long form videos
Super glad to hear this. Upward and onward from here buddy
Currently doing the work myself to learn as much as I can about the whole process. Thank you for your REAL channel, and REAL advice! Not planning on making money with my current channels. They are for learning purposes only. There is a LOT to learn about the whole process for sure, and it is time-consuming. 30-50 videos, posting 2 videos per week, before getting YT monetization is very realistic. New Subscriber!
Thank you! This is exactly what I needed to hear. I have been struggling with growing my channel for going on 4 yrs. This has been a wonderful learning experience. I know that I would not have the same pride in my work if I were to outsource.
I do everything myself from the beginning. I have made all the mistakes! Including deleting over 50 videos. I tried the shorts thing but after the first week it tanked. I've improved my thumbnails, worked on my SEO and brand. Each one of these things have helped me understand every aspect of running this thing called TH-cam. Learning to enjoy the journey. Blessings!
Gotta enjoy the journey but also build the awareness to know how you can make money from it
Posting faceless content on my main channel still works really great for me on my second channel. I mean, I am just small content creator and I work really hard (I also use a little bit of fame- ster, but that's a necessity nowadays). I just give all my videos small initial boost, and that caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.
You’re posting this message everywhere. You scammer
@@ButtrflyEffect how do you know I am scammer?
99 percent of those who show their face will also fail . alot of the videos on youtube that claim anyone can make money is just a way to motivate people to create content and put it on youtube thus allowing youtube to get free content from 99 percent of people without ever having to pay for it . i say that youtube should immediately begin paying any content provider as soon as they begin to get ANY VIEWS . this whole thing that people need 1000 subscribers or more and tens of thousands of views on top of that just to start making 5 bucks is a scam in my opinion because they already know that 99 percent of those who attempt to make money on youtube will fail to get the high numbers required to even get 5 bucks and in the meantime youtube is getting millions of free videos submitted by people who believe the lie . i would not be surprised if youtube eventually charges people a certain amount of money to upload a video in the future , sort of like how craigslist used to be free but now they charge per post in many categories but some are still free .
@@jackywacky4361 he doesn't
@@jackywacky4361cuz famester gives bots and youre definitely getting paid for this crappy promotion
Still grinding, I'm not really the type to just talk on videos so I just show my artwork in progress. Hard work, but I love it.
I love painting video's - found you here - new Subscriber! Great channel and you are a talented painter. ❤🖌

love the honesty. We are JUST starting out so we definitely appreciate the reality check :)
Thank you! Very Helpful! I am running a faceless TH-cam channel and my niche is Self-Improvement. This video inspires me a lot!
This gives me something to consider while I continue on my TH-cam journey. Thank you for such nourishing food for thought.
Your video is spot on, I have been doing the work myself and it has taught me a lot and I am still learning, your video is exactly what I have been looking for.
So glad to hear that :)
Very helpful. I actually love the creation part. I do not think I will ever outsource.
I wish I saw your video 7 months ago. I went on fiverr and found someone to create and manage a personal development channel. They wanted to set up a zoom call to see my goals of the channel . Then when we had a conversation it was more then what was on fiverr and i paid $500 to create and manage a for a month worth of videos which ended up getting no views !! Also had a copyright claim because of music. It was an awful experience.
On top of that they wanted the money sent alternative way because fiverr takes a percentage but paid because I figured they were the experts . Never again. So now I’m doing all steps myself on another channel but I’m learning how to put it together and 25 videos in.
That must have been hard on you for sure, but in hinsight if it got you to do all the steps yourself, then it could be the biggest blessing in disguise. Keep at it, one video at a time :)
This sounds rough I’m sorry
Thank yoi so muchh for clarifying this topic I'm actually planning to start doing it.
I also seen videos that talked about using Ai to make videos too.
Thank you for this Video. I watched some videos about how to start, what to think about when creating, how to outsource etc. You actually made me realize to not even start a Faceless Channel or making money on youtube at all. Sure, after a while you make money, but thats probably gonna be in a year or two to even cover the costs I have already spent. The competition is huge, everyone is talking about, how perfect it is, but in fact its probably really time consuming and desperate. It probably takes years until you "maybe" get successful and you have to be on it every single day. You really have to have the ressources (money and time) to not do anything else than this and you will definetely not have a real life in the meantime (meeting friends, do what you like). There is no little guarantee that this risk or sacrifice is gonna work out for people. But yes, if you have time, the motivational fire inside of you to spend a lot of time and money and no need for "Real Life", its definetely worth a try! What do you think?
Great information!! Thanks alot!! I'm just getting started!!
Outstanding value! that's what I wanted to hear.
Thank you!
Hi there, hope you're having a great day 😊 What would you recommend for a record label channel that only has still images of cover artwork? I have seen advice that would work for vlogs, such as changing the licence to creative commons, but I cannot do that as I would be giving away not only my own intellectual property but those of other artists on my label...
I figured it wouldn't hurt to write some songs with clickbait titles like "I bought a million TH-cam views"; also considering making a new channel to advertise the existing one, but with a more vloggy behid the scenes format...?
This was very informative. Thank you!
One very important note to add to this about affiliate links folks, DO NOT USE THEM UNTIL YOU ARE YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED INTO THE PARTNER PROGRAM OR YOUR CHANNEL WILL BE DELETED! I know this from experience. I once had a channel get deleted 4 times before I figured out that was the cause of it. Just FYI...
What if you use a landing page first instead of directly putting the affiliate links?
@@relax.enjoy.havefun I haven't tried that, but I assume the results would be the same. I just play it safe now and wait till I'm in the partner program before using any links on new channels.
Did youtube give you an explanation before/after channel deletion?
@@afrikanawakening Nope, not a bit all four times and the content wasn't even "spammy" in anyway at all is was just a diecast car model channel, so the only possible cause was the affiliate links that TH-cam's automatic system didn't like as once I stopped using affiliate links; it stopped deleting the channel. So yeah, play it safe and wait to use affiliate links until after your channel is accepted into the affiliate program as then an actual human has looked at the channel and then you're good 👍
@@Goretasticdotcom You mean being accepted to the affiliate programs or the youtube partner program first? can you please clarify
Thank you for sharing your info! Subbed!
Great advice, thank you😊
Very helpful! Thank you.
Great tip bro. Thanks!
Great video, thanks for this!
Thank you! This video is very helpful. Im a very small channel, just started and have my doubts already: should i continue or just drop it :-/
Great content. Direct to the point. Just subscribed to your channel.
In addition to video optimization, also certainly try mutual creator collaboration who share the same or related target group and specific niche. Get new ideas and meet new people that way.
Keep in mind that the TH-cam algorythm is now altered, which may have an impact.
Hope this helps a bit.
I have a faceless channel which is hard especially in the children's niche. There are sooo many annoying videos out there totting 20k a month in my niche 'it's so easy' and every couple of months a new video will come out with how easy it is and sell a list of prompts in order to do it and then my niche will be filled with new channels pushing the exact same content. Then it will die down and I will make a small bit of progress till the next video comes out. The people following those videos need to watch this video first. Thank you for making this. I'm in the children's story niche. Comfy Corner Time BIG Book of Stories . It's a lot of work and dedication. Do it because you love the subject, not because you're chasing the money. xx
hey man, iv been watching you for years you inspire me. iv got a new channel now about paranormal and just all things odd. i hope i can get to where you are.
Great video.
The one thing people are forgetting is when you use A. I You must include (Write Copyright free)
Right
I don’t get it
@trance93 When I always do before, I ask AI to write anything for me. I start my prompt with write a copyright free, so on just to be on the safe side.
@@RaptureHead1993ai takes from real examples that already exist and can sometimes make you liable to lawsuits from an artist or author etc who made something a copied too closely. To stop this from happening you need to use the appropriate prompt such as copyright free and unique etc.
Thank you for this informative video. Those were definitely 9 minutes well spent. I learned a lot and will implement what you say.
YES, i got massive value from this video... i am so subscribed... this is good stuff and very helpful
This is really helpful thank you!
I achieved monetization in just 2 months with only 10 videos. I believe that authenticity, well-chosen topics, and a specific niche are what really matte
Currently working on growing two channels (gamimg and documetary) at the moment. I will say that having to do TH-cam and a full time job can be a bit difficult. I remember having to edit a video for my gaming channel and it took me almost a week to complete. It's challenging but I do like it.
Excellent. Thank you very much❤
hey brother! is audio created by invideo monetizeable or not?
how does a youtube channel work in regards to a service based business making money, I would assume affiliate marketing. Correct?
Yep, I did everything and am still doing everything myself on my first faceless channel. I was blessed to get monetized in 30 days. I had one video that hit. Now, I'm posting regularly and hoping to next get consistent daily watchers of multiple videos. Not making $10k per day like many said. I'm struggling to make $10 per day. 🤣 I think after a year of consistency things will start to turn. Gread video and exactly what many need to hear.
Keep at it and you will see things change in a year :)
What about ChatGPT??? It’s a game changer now.
tell me how I've on 28 days

I have been doing my own work and wish I had found this channel earlier. Good info.
Thanks for your time and the video is very educative to new people in youtube game. There are many people out there selling things and courses lying people it is going to be easy.
Best advice EVER!! It's exactly how I got to 1,000 subscribers in less than a month of me starting my channel -- by doing everything myself and not reinventing the wheel. And having a great boyfriend to edit my work definitely helped too. Haha Thank you for this video -- and for confirming I'm doing everything right so far in my short YT career!
More power to you :) Congraultaion on the 1K subs.
This video is very helpful and informative!
I look forward to the continuation of the series on producing Faceless TH-cam channels. Thank you.
Dropping the next video soon :)
Thank you so much for this video, you gave me the right motivation after the sudden drop in my views.
Lots of usefull information. Thanks.
Very, VERY valid points!!👍👍
It was very helpful of letting us know what problem we were facing.
This was amazing. Thank you! 💜
Glad you are finding value in the video :)
TH-cam stopped allowing affiliate links on Shorts.. Do you think that will happen to long video also soon?
This was great.Thank you.
Excellent🍬 🌟💗Keep sharing.Thankyou.
Great job, man!
All so True i love been in my vids and i have done everything from day one. i had to lean in the field doing my thing, then you have to learn to be a youtuber to, and always go by youtube and google rules and you wont go wrong.

Thanks for the info, a little odd though that someone with your experience was holding that bulky microphone the whole time. kind of weird. Good info though.
Excellent idea. I'm a novice. Just learning to be creative, Thanks for sharing your ideas
That was good, wasn't expecting to get that much value out of this video.
Same. I was pleasantly surprised with this one!
Im looking to start a faceless TH-cam channel. I have spoke with 2 highly reputable influencers who sell courses to get you started. Any tips besides the many golden nuggets I grabbed from this video that I should know? Is it worth the $5k+ course? Do you offer any courses?
I used the free version and plan on getting the first tare soon! The videos that were created were absolutely amazing. Frankly my 2nd video is probably the best video I have seen on warning Americans about propaganda. I don't care about the money but my problem is nobody watches my videos. Still a game changer
Keep creating and TH-cam will find an audience for you. It's just a matter of time :)
What about how to pick the right niche? Isn’t that the most important step? How do you know what to make videos about when there is literally infinite possibilities?
I love the video! thank you
I really appreciate. Very useful 👍
Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷
I saw 50minutes/month on the $20 plan, does this mean that i will only be allowed to make 3 videos a month considering that i prefer my videos to be from 15 to 20 minutes each ?
The highlight of the video for me was editor syncing typing sounds with the rhythm of your speech.
Nice info, am still putting in my best
Hi, In the free trial version video creating and editing is extremely slow and faltering. Will this be better in the paid version?
No! It won’t change! Even that I’m using the paid version!
Good idea and good sharing
I’m planning on having multiple channels, but I think only some will be truly faceless and the rest will be things where I show part of my face like a prayer channel and asmr channel. Not sure yet tbh
quick question: is it better to post ONE video every day, OR, is it better to post ONE or TWO videos per week???
Oh I see, I didn't really know about that on affiliate programi thought it was the next step after you get Adsense, thanks a lot buddy👍👍👍😊

I really hope there's more to this because this was "do it yourself, otherwise it will be expensive". I'm not enthusiastic of almost 10 minutes of content that I could summarize in less than 10 words.
What if I do like an audio book where I read a story that I have written with sound affects?
"A faceless channel takes just as much work as a channel showing your face", no truer words have been spoken.
Is this edit from invideor editor?😅
How many hours does AI Video allow when you sign up with them? Can you make unlimited video?
Hey, I uploaded multiple different edits of the same video. Will the channel be punished for that? I have a total of 7 edits for 3 different vids.
I have a faceless channel on korean dramas. Should i stop working on it?
Guys can I quickly ask, I'm in the process of starting a Faceless TH-cam Channel journey😊 the only thing I'm debating is what device to get.
I really want a quality iPad, for digital art (they're the best for that) but also high quality + storage with an attachable keyboard so it can double up as a laptop.
The only thing I wondered was how much 'storage' do I need for a 'Faceless' channel?
Considering I'm not filming/making for videos myself but just sourcing straight from the Internet I didn't think you'd need much but upon researching 'generic TH-camrs' etc, they say you need loads💛
Like even separate hard-drives.
Can someone clarify this? 🙂
Thanks😊
This. Thank you. 💯💯💯
Finally a real advice after watching a lot of these videos.
What I learned from this is I'm already doing everything right because I'm too broke and stubborn to let someone else edit or mess with my videos and I like learning and reading analytics so I've already been doing all of that to see what works
My advice - change your avatar cos from this little spot it looks unprofessional and doesn't encourage to clicks. ;)

Don't outsource make it yourself. Understand the analytics, sbd algorithm
Here as a new creator...thank you for your insights and tips
I've been posting to YT for nearly 4 years. I don't post expecting monetization. Yet, it would be nice to reach more people.
This is great!
Doing original music= nobody stumbles across your channel, content takes a long time to create, you do it all yourself and people watch all the way through but its very few people.....and you never end up qualifying for monitiazion, so you turn ads off..then youtube prevents that option..... aside from that last part it doesn't really bother me. Thats why so many musicians online just post covers.
He is straight out stating FACTS
Serious question, why is music playing in the background?
For aesthetics. It's making the video interesting.
Do voiceovers count?
This is an excellent video.
