Such modeling skill in SketchUp is epic and you're seamlessly using GR like it does not even matter.
That Column capital feature section was awesome.
Workflow is on a god level.

ok you convinced me... after 10 years of rhino I will start this switch to sketchup... there is no way, alwais with my good modeling skills, to have this kind of workflow... rhino will alwys be there for some advanced modeling and for Grasshopper... also rendering, bye bye 3dsmax, with vray 5 sketchup gives amazing results
Everything you do is wonderful, I love the shots and your videos. I am trying to reproduce them on sketchup, thank you very much for sharing.
It's like you're using a different version of sketchup or something. How you do some simple extra things that make your modeling look effortless. I get so frustrated sometimes with trying to accomplish small and simple tasks. Crazy you did this in 3 hours!!!!
He might be using a plug in.
He uses some plugins + it took more than 3 hours (maybe 4-5 but this is a real performance)

Reminds me a lot of Inventor, with the way you can create a sketch on a surface and then extrude, cut, or use other shapes and their lines to create complex intersections. I use Maya now and I really miss that feature :(

Would you please tell me your pc's hardware specs? .. It seems like yours run very smoothly while working even when the scene is that big of a scale.Was this very modeling done in your old pc?.. But if you have a better pc with better performance in mind please do suggest (also cost friendly 😅)..
