i just got this keyboard and mine came with the accent keys and they are back lit. I guess maybe ducky listened to the people because when i got the board I was like "Are the accent keys back lit now?"

Most people want the arrow keys, I just want the dedicated Delete key for entering the BIOS for overclock tuning..

Hades is way better
Yo BadSeed, take the keycaps off, set the keyboard on a flat surface like your countertop, loosen the screws holding the PCB to the case, retighten the screws while holding the case flat on the surface and it will remove the wobble. (having a second set of hands is helpful to keep the case flat)
I'm pretty sure the wobble is due to the rubber feet not going all the way to the corner of the case in the top.

Bought the mini and returned it. Couldn't live without arrow keys! This the the perfect keyboard for me. Only thing it was missing was volume control but I found you can change the pgUp PgDn keys to be your volume up and down and it's amazing

I'm happy that I just ordered the one 2 mini. I really only game one my PC so I won't miss the keys you lose. If I ever need arrows and numpad, I've got my full-size Roccat Suora FX.

another budget 65% board is the drevo calibur v2 that goes for around $55 for outemou switches or around $80 for cherry mx switches.

4:22 I like how you were showing this keyboard when mentioning the Tfue set.
Because about a third of the keycaps of that board is textured.
I just received mine today. I really dig it so far. I did notice the center flexing. It doesn't seem to be an issue with normal use.
But it does somewhat contradict their reputation for quality. Mine is arriving tomorrow but I'm ready to send it back if I see this happen.

Hello, I'm back after watching this video a day after it dropped. Ordered and finally got my keyboard after a month.
Using it one whole week I love it.
Less is Best and the 3 foot leg height is perfect to find a height for you.
I got the Silver switches for speed and man they are smooth as butter.
I am coming from a Corsair R70 with Cherry Reds and its a great keyboard but huge as fuck.
I support and fully agree this board is the real deal and recommend it to anyone. Using "FN" for some keys like F1 or Home becomes 2nd natural after a few days.
So you will not miss that extra keypad.
I even done some work and you can learn to use the 1 to 0 on the top and use it fairly fast.
Its a joy for gaming and enjoy the more space for my mouse to be on low DPI of 400 like CSGO, Apex legends and Overwatch.
My accuracy is sharp and I improved immensely and in my frags and K/D ratio.
You won't regret it, buy it..and thanks for the review

I was also planning on purchasing the Frozen Llama keycap set for this board but realised it has some compatibility issues with the board, do you know of any upcoming keycap sets that will be compatible with this board? Thanks.
@@hiphip3553 not sure about the key caps but the extra key caps that come with it is flavor. I would try to only get "cherry mx" compatible keys but just know getting the keyboard is good and it comes with some keys in the box

I'm using a Cooler Master Masterkeys Pro S right now, I got it on sale so I don't feel bad about it but I don't like how quickly the ABS caps got shiny. Plus now that I made the jump to TKL want to try even smaller... Looks like a Ducky One 2 SF in my future.

I'm currently daily driving the Drevo Calibur V2 and I really think you need to take a look into it, if you haven't planned to do so. It's very similar to me to this board and the Durgod Hades 68. I want to purchase both to compare, but I will say this... This board is sooo solid. I quite enjoy it with Gateron Browns.
Reprogramming my bottom right keys to arrow keys on my ducky one 2 mini has worked out just fine. This is interesting but no regrets.

I went from a 10yo Logitech G19 to a "monday will be shipped" Durgod Hades (white with Cherry MX Brown switches).
I'm mainly a gamer, I was about to buy the Ducky One Mecha V2 but I don't like ANSI and the Hades is UK ISO, I'll use it as IT ISO.
Probably swapping keycaps to Tai Hao's rubber ones.
I still type sometimes and when I do I want the best experience. I really liked the Venus but arrows are too good for Excel and text navigation.
Actually my choice was more about between the Hades I bought and an IT ISO Drevo Calibur V2, white with MX Browns, which came half the price of the Hades, but since my G19 bought for 150 euros lasted me 10 years it was ok for me to invest the same amount of money.
I play games on the couch and I'm a high senser so I'm planning to play games on my laps with one of those laptops cushions.
Black keyboards are boring, I really like the retro style with no rgb and also really bright colorful keycaps.
It would be outrageously cool to have all my numbers switched to Quake 3 weapon icons!
Any idea when the one 2 mini sf in pure white is released?
The black one releases somewhere in September, so it should release either by then or a month/couple weeks from first release

So which would you prefer a interested buyer to get? The ducky one 2 mini, or the ducky one 2 SF? I would use mine for gaming mostly and typing for school and stuff on the side. Which would be a better choice to get?
I would love to see a mix of this and the CoolerMaster Masterkey M. A keyboard without F keys, but including a numpad that includes the Navbar the way the Masterkey M does. Combined with good build quality and background light, it would be my dream keyboard.
Would be cool if the build quality isnt that low and has wireless or bluetooth feature

Waiting for your review of the Durgod Hades! Unfortunately it has ABS keycaps, but it uses the TADA68 layout so finding keycaps will be easier than the Ducky One 2 SF. Thanks!!
Like my one 2 mini, but now realize I miss dedicated arrow keys. Although this would be a good compromise I can’t appreciate the non standard lower row keys, and slight jump you mentioned when pressing the delete key. I may end up selling it just to get the TKL version.
Also, heard a rumor Ducky was showing off metal bases for some of their models. I’d buy a TKL of that in a heart beat.

Patiently waiting for a company to do a 65% hot swappable keyboard.. there are so many different switches out there that I want to try but I don’t want to commit to buying new board every time something catches my eye. As always, great review appreciate the insight.

Ey yo Brian, is the board scratchy at all? I'm using the Huntsman TE, and I want to go to the SF, but need nice and quiet switches. Your sound test is good, but how's the smoothness?

Little clarification, the One 2 SF has a 2 unit right shift, not a 1.75 unit meaning it will be even MORE challenging to find a 3rd party compatible keycap set. I don’t know why, but let’s just wait on Ducky’s updated keycap sets

It released in AU & NZ a few days ago, coming to other markets late September.
I bought one and it's amazing, especially for the price.
Either waiting for a white Ducky mech to replace my one two or for logitech to come out with a 60% mechanical board.
Idk man, I got my Anne Pro 2 with brown Gaterons for $65. The software does its job perfectly, can rebind keys, configure lighting, set up hotkeys, edit function layer binds all very quickly with little effort. It also has the touch layer, which negates any real need for dedicated arrow keys, when you can just touch Alt, Fn1, Fn2 and /? and use those as arrows without needing to hold down a modifier. Not to mention Bluetooth support which does come in handy quite often when I want to move my keyboard out of the way but still be able to use it off to the side. The only issue I have is that the consistency of the RGB LEDs is pretty bad, meaning two static keys set to the same color can look a little different, but personally for me that's minor as I rarely ever even turn the lighting on.

Love ya Brian buts that 2u shift which makes this even harder to find keycaps for. Their decision for that size makes no sense since they could have moved over the arrow cluster and added another key instead of the awkward blank space.

I never understood why people need the arrow cluster tbh... I am on an HHKB 2 since about 6 months back and I am never leaving the glory of Topre. Silenced topre is the end game for me.
Soon as Ducky comes out with this with a wireless option or the "Ducky Freedom 65%/TKL", they can take my money immediately.
