    This is my case I am getting :) Yeah for Mwave in Australia :) so excited to pickup my new pc on Friday :) Gigabyte 3080, 3200mhz ddr4 ram 32gb, z490 gigabyte gaming X board and a i9 10850ka cpu, I love the look of it just as you said, I am more of a mature gamer now at 34 and do not mind a little RGB but not kiddie rgb. It looks sleek, professional and the air flow is dam good!

  • @riothero313
    @riothero313 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I found this case simply because I didn't want a black or white case. I thought: "hmm there has to be a nice silver, grey, or aluminum case." That led me to this one and once I saw the front that reminded me of a big heatsink I kinda fell in love. Then seeing the specs for the price it sold me. Especially the gpu bracket and magnets. Plus, believe it or not at the time a top panel USB C was pretty rare at least in this price range. What's great is that it looks like a enterprise machine until you click a button and get the RGB party started xD. You can have it both.

  • @Mr_.G
    @Mr_.G 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Interesting case. Though not for me. There's a LOT of Plastic! The insufficient not removable Dust Filters will definitely be a problem, they might as well not be there at all. Pass through Grommets for the 24 Pin are in the wrong position and need to be right next to socket or bigger instead of how it is. Cable management support at the rear is lacking quite a bit. The side panel Magnets are a different touch but also may pose a problem over time (if for some reason they start to lose their magnetism you're fucked), there's a handle so why not just have a simple locking mechanism instead.
    There are so many other cases at the same price point which have so much more than this case, it's as if it's an unfinished idea. It's a shame because I liked the look of this when I saw it on DeepCool's Page.

  • @ORBrunner
    @ORBrunner 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    That's one hell of cool looking case
    I was so sick of glass all around and cheap ass looking cases from DeepCool that look absloutely uninteresting
    This actually very severe and cool looking case
    BUT the airflow can be improved so many ways hope they update this version.
    It kinda reminds me LianLi O11 Air with that grill. And that's why i took o11 Air - it looks monumental

  • @OlettaLiano
    @OlettaLiano 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Not a bad looking case, but there's only so much you can do with a single chambered rectangle. First thing I'd do with it is cut off all the front panel cables as I don't use any of the front panel connections. Makes the cable management much cleaner. I wish someday motherboard manufactures would put the 24 pin and CPU power connectors on the back of the motherboard to hide the cables. Liked the bit at the end with the nonchalant kitty. LOL

  • @nimascolari1508
    @nimascolari1508 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Missing mention of PSU bro...also, your cable management as you said is quite bad but having seen your awesome work station it's clear you're very tidy and organised so I believe when you say your personal builds are meticulous. It's a great looking build room. 👏

    Quick question, today my case is a NZXT Phantom 410 with 2x140mm corsair coolers at the top, 2x120mm corsair coolers front and 1 x120mm corsair cooler at the rear. The case is still nice, have good temps, it has speed fan controls on the front painel but it looks kinda old. Tiny glass at left side and no psu cover. Is it a good idea to change my case for this new deepcool cl 500? What u guys think?

    I think a couple of those magnetic fan filters that can be bought in pre-made sizes or custom order sizes would be slim enough to put under that front panel and as replacement for that flimsy underside panel. Depending on the price of this case it would be an okay extra expense (provided the case itself is on the budget-friendly range for its lack of such options).
