WOW. Over 200 metres including 64 post contact. Far more than anyone else. Plus 10 tackle breaks, again beating everyone else. If that's what a "hog" does, then the Roosters sure could have done with some more "hogs".
Manu is doing well to go where his talents will be more appreciated.

Hate to say it but Robinson is like Brian Smith. He has a great footy brain and can explain all the subtleties of the game but just can't seem to transfer it to his players who never play for him like Bennett and Stuart coached players do For all the athleticism they assemble they play like a dumb complacent team that can never adjust to tough situations.

Origin aside this is seriously a poor performance lads. We have plenty of good cattle coming in to fill spots vacated. Cowboys down to 12 and we let in soft tries and shoot ourselves in the foot on attack. Bye week next week and hopefully have Watson back for some quick movement from behind the ruck. Onwards and upwards lads

Joey tried too hard from fb. Definitely better at centre where hes got alot more energy and more effective on attack and defence. He was too gassed from doing more workload then usual.
I actually fell asleep during the game. I’m glad the Cowboys won though. Easts are corrupt with their stadium we all paid for in NSW

So what’s happened now with Trent Robinson job as a head coach. The roosters have a stacked team for the last two years but nothing to show. Everyone seems to talk about other’s coaches on the line, but when it comes to Robinson job nothing said. Gordon Tallis made a good point couple of weeks ago when there were talks about Parramatta coach Brad Arthur whom finally got sacked. What’s going on Roosters when do you gonna have the balls and cut him Robinson from his coaching job.
Eels didn't win anything while Arthur was there, Roosters won back to back (and more prior) under Robbo. Not advanced stuff.

Showed up and expected to win without earning it, Brandon Smith has to be the unfittest player in the league.

Yup it will be the difference between top 4 and bottom 8. Last few seasons we always miss the top 4 by a game or two because of losses like these that we are expected to win.
Robinson is speaking facts. Easily one of the smartest people in the NRL and is unfairly targeted because of it.
He understands every nuance and the complexities of the game.
So how come he has by far the best roster in the game, and has them performing like a busted year in year out? He is the most overrated manager in the game. Fitzgibbon was the brains behind their success a few years back. With the roster Robinson is given by the world-class accountants, making the GF should be the minimum each year.
@@daleviker5884 He's won multiple grand finals at the Roosters, definitely not performing busted. Alsoy you can't ignore the fact he's changed the way NRL clubs operate and has been an innovator in attacking structures. He's completely moved the game away from barge and bash footy.
@@Corzza025 You must be his agent with such brown-nosing. He's had the most star-studded roster in the NRL for 13 years and has made three grand finals. Last year he barely scraped into the 8. Any competent coach would have achieved those results as a bare minimum given the playing group the accountants provide him with.
@@daleviker5884 He has over achieved with the squad he has. Been extremely unlucky with injuries throughout his tenure as coach. Frequest concussions with players such as Tedesco, Keary, Cordner, Jake Friend. Has done excellent work bringing young guns Walker and Sualli into first grade. Keary is over the hill, the best forward they have is an old JHW, Radley has been fucked by the rule changes and they lack a genuine 9. Michael Jennings is running out every 2nd week for The Chooks FFS and Robinson is still finding a way to secure Ws.
