I read a few comments saying antics and rah-rah don't win games, you are correct but Herm is doing it right...he is teaching these young men character to thank the people behind the scenes ...these kids are motivated to play for him because he relates...a kid in the comments says he would play for him...I see a lot of what another program is doing and they are quite successful and they told that coach he was crazy as well

Never met Herm in person, hopefully one day I will hear him speak in person. He's definitely someone you want coaching your kids. Values, determination, grit and priorities all come to mind when I hear him speak. Everyone (age/race/sex) that listens to him speak can benefit from what he has to say!! End of first of the season, Herm Edwards is 7-5. ASU was predicted to be 3-9 in this season but ended the season as 7-5. Most of the games that ASU lost has been determined by a TD and a score. No blowout game. ASU is going to play the bowl game in December.

With everything going on with Ohio State & especially Maryland this brings tears to my eyes as I run through a wall for this man I’ve never meet in my life. Football is a sacred game. All sports are sacred. No one has or will ever be bigger than the sport. And he gets that. And even with how sacred football & sports are... life is SO MUCH MORE & he gets that and teaches that too. As long as he is at ASU they are my #3 team

Man, I wish I was a high school kid and had a choice of schools I'd like to play for because ASU and Coach Herm would be my choice. I believe in him and I feel that he'll teach me football and life at the same time and I'm pretty sure I'd be a better man after leaving his program. I think he's a great motivator and leader and thats what young players/men need
