I love to hear RJ talk about his knowledge. I am currently healing a torn meniscus and pulled tendons in my left knee, without surgery. I have always healed myself from ailments, never had any serious injuries. Three weeks ago I injured my left knee. I avoid hospitals and Drs if I can. I expect to be fully recovered within two weeks. I listened to RJ talk about his serious injuries that left him paralyzed. I have always believed where your attention goes energy flows. RJ is a master and a truly amazing teacher!❤❤❤

My focus has been on death for the last couple of years, not suicidal just trudging through because I'm married with kids and that means responsibilities. No purpose, no plan, no peace.
Life can become tough as a parent. It's like having our heart outside of our body, knowing it can be hurt at any minute. However, it's also a blessing. There is no real death. We are infinite beings. That truth is what keeps me going. And also, positive thoughts when I find my mind going towards fearful thoughts. Hope this helps. You've got this!❤

If you really believe in the words of ALL the wise guys, a crappy period of life forces the changes that are the whole point of being here! Don't either fight or join the tedium. As AJ says, give yourself permission to be the Mighty I AM, since that's all you have ever been. Stop identifying as a victim of the stupid. Be grateful. Give up thinking you can or can't find a solution to what isn't. Above all, gently discipline the mind to quit its addiction to gloom and open its door to the AmazIng Unexpected. Every time it wants to wallow, breathe deeply and know change always wins.

I layed in bed this morning after feeling sick to my stomach, I had chills, nausea that was relentless. What part of that experience could I have changed? I was not feeling well. I wanted to feel well. The reality wasn't supporting "well". What could I have done? I'm not being sarcastic, mean, or anything other than trying to learn. What do you see?
put youre attention on youre pain is, attention= energy, stay with the part of body that hurts, meditate and allign = all in, get energy back in youre body, i hope this helps
