如果你 cashflow 不够的话, 那么你投资了 需要几年来来建好的 project, 那么你是否愿意 让你的 cashflow 锁在那里? 那么你自己可以考虑这个问题。
可是如果一个人的 cashflow 足够, 他觉得这个 project 以后会卖完,现在要先下手,那么他可以这么做,因为买了不会影响他太大。
