Hi coach I’m thida and I’m 12 years old and my dream university is Harvard. And I was wondering if i could get a session with you. And I’m in middle school in year 7. I watch all your video. And I want to be just like you

This is literally my study motivation😭😭
Going to bed early, is a good trick, cause the (stress) hormone cortilso in the body has a circardian rythm that starts to get higher at about 2 in the morning and then has a peak at about 8:30 in the morning, making you more awake and able to focs.
I'm 17 year old and my dream to have this perfect life 🎉

Girl you need to give some tips on making friends because I'm starting college soon and 4 years would be lonely without friends
I'm kinda shy so I struggle to talk with people especially boys
in my experience the most effective way to make friends is to just talk to literally everyone and you’ll end up hitting it off with someone. (almost) everyone is very new to the experience their first year of college, so everyone’s bound to be feeling the same way as you. if you don’t talk to people early on, it gets kinda tough later in the year to start making friends after groups have formed.

giving or asking for help from classmates and you will make friends. I had some pdf's of school books on a usb stick and made a few friends quick.

Question on studying do you use a notebook to study? I know you have print out but do you use any notebooks to write to study or do you type everything and then over the printout you just write notes. I’m trying to figure out the best way to study business and marketing and tech. I used to be about commission major but I just didn’t I failed because I didn’t know how to study science and I’m realized I’m having the same issue and another major study.

I actually have a similar day to day but I can't handle it all. When do you clean your apartment? How do you find time for grocery shopping? Its hard to find time to talk to family or not falling asleep in the shower 😢
That’s what is left out! Finals week like this is a 100% sprint towards the finish. That’s probably why she got two meals outside of the dining hall/dorm since no cooking=no cleaning. She also seemed to only go back to sleep so little time to make a mess. Realistically during the year it would be much different-although the gym part would likely be consistent.

I knew my macroecon teacher was on something lmfao. SIX pages, not including title page and works cited. I’m literally in community college, like that’s university crap. I completed it obv, but I was actually salty about it.
