Jane, you still look the same, but you need to lose this weight....it does not look good on you and it's not becoming. Losing weight is not difficult unless you have health issues. Sometimes medication blows you up and so does overeating and and being inactive. You can do it though. I know you don't even like the weight gain either. I too have gained weight and my muscle tone is not good because I am overweight and unable to workout as I used to. I am not body shaming as someone is going to say or think. You might want to begin your weight loss journey with some bike riding or walking if you can. Then start making some healthy eating choices. You can even get a nutritionist to support you and help you balance and maintain the caloric changes. This is not an attack but this is from a woman who sees how you can begin to melt the weight away and get back to your former self because this does not look healthy. Please don't be offended. Just like Nike says.....just do it. I am also going to work on my weight loss and I know I can do it!
