Any time the case code is repeated on the carton, such as this C case "975C CK" you stand a chance of finding the prior case's STH in the case, however, most DO NOT have an STH. I have twice pulled the prior case's STH from the follow-on case, and each time it was from a double-lettered case code such as these. I was tipped off to this by a more experienced hunter years ago, and have found it to be true.

BMW is always on the bottom of the C case, and the CK cases have mainline only. I believe the one that has the gold BMW is a CG case. I watched another YT'er open several and he only got gold from non-CK cases.

The trays that stores get do not get any THs or STHs. I've seen hundreds of them and not one. I think they're very formulaic. They get specific cars in the specific order it seems. I've had better luck on half empty pegs.

Naw they don’t hold anything. I just get lucky. We have about 500 DT stores within 20-30 min of me.
Although not a bad price, $1.04/ea for mainline Hot Wheels with the BOGO25% sale, they're still cheaper at my local grocery store and they tend to be better stocked than Target.

Pretty Lucky Bro you get to open fresh cases!! 😅 I don’t dare asking the Dollar Tree and Walmart or Target employees for cases. One lady at Dollar snapped at me I asked really nicely but she wasn’t having it! lol she immediately said you guys! Always asking for new cases! Idk go ask the manager up front because I don’t even know where they are in the warehouse 😅 I was like okay no worries have a great day! She felt bad afterwards and apologized I said no problem I understand and just left. Walmart I asked a guy and he just looked at me no smile nothing and said no no more Hw to peg up 😐 I said ok thx appreciate your help and target they just ignore you 😅 very rude so I’m assuming waaay to many people asking to crack cases. Maybe I should flash a $20 or something? 🫣🤫🤣😂😭😖 I gave up on asking. So now I just check and leave 95% empty handed most times and just grab popular mainlines. I found only 2 donut 🍩 drifters TH in my hunts! lol 😂 the rest are from Whatnot FML 🤦🏻

I've read in some online hotwheels forums that some retail workers despise adult hotwheels collectors who make special requests. One retail worker commented how they purposely bend the cardboard to see collectors disappointed because it is "a toy for children". I didn't realize the animosity until I read the comments from workers. Happy hunting! Wishing full peg vibes!

Putting in the work is one thing. Establishing relationships with store employees so that they call you or bring out cases just for you changes hunting into opening. Kinda screws over the rest of the diecast collectors, doesn't it?
dont really care about that, though yes it does, its strickly against store policy, every one of these stores is not following their own policies, thats my point, to let people pick through boxes and then stock shelves while not being an employee on the clock is insane...we all know many of the diecast collectors are store employees themselves and get these in the back anyway@@trolologuy1

Found three of those Camaro SS supers in a Walmart dump bin out of all things. Minty cards too. Looks like two of them are darker than the other. I saw one up for 120$ or so stating that the darker variants are more rare than the more grey looking ones. Who knows but I was pretty hyped to score 3 supers at one store. 🏆

Man, in the beginning of the video I was like “check the camaro’s”. I hit 3 dollar tree restocks with three camaro supers. There are 2 variations. 1 grey spectra flame and 1 black spectra flame. The latter is rarer. I found 2 black and one grey super. Basically the factory workers are now switching out the gold bmw which is supposed to be in the case, for the b case camaro. I guess Mattel has no control over their stock. As long as manufacturers are over seas this will only get worse.
