The Girls is also animated but different style . This was for the game PubG , the girls is for their mobile game BPTG
An interesting thing about this is that it illustrates that these girls are into EVERYTHING - music, dance, acting, fashion, beauty, jewelry, cars, video games, etc., and now 3 of them (so far) have opened their own companies. Even when they stop performing as BP, it seems that these girls may be around for a very long time. They keep re-defining what a K-pop Idol/group is and what they can do. They continue to intrigue me.

This song had been shelved for a while before they released it for the game. Y'all mentioned watching *"Light Up The Sky"* ... we heard a snippet of this song in that documentary when they were recording it in the studio.

PUBG-MOBILE is the #1 FPS (first person shooter) in the world, beating FREE FIRE and CALL OF DUTY, that's how big and important the game 🤯 is and BLACKPINK was chosen to promote the #1 game in the world, which I love the most. I like it apart from the visual and the rhythm is Rosé's🌹 beautiful voice starting the song.
This song was first heard on the Netflix documentary. There were snippets of this song as the four girls were with Teddy Park. Rose sang her part and Teddy said, "wow, you already killed that one". Blinks heard this song in the documentary and realized it was an unreleased Blackpink song! What followed would be rough, unreleased versions of "Ready For Love' on leaked You tube. The final version would be very different from the unreleased and leaked versions. I think YG released this song for PUBG since the song was already spoiled by the documentary and known to Blackpink fans already. It would be the last song on this album ( almost as an after thought).

The Album was considered one of the best if not the best album ever released by a Kpop group. IMO the Born Pink album is just as good consisting of 8 bangers including 'Ready for love'. Can't wait for you to react to it.

I agree with his recommendations. He's the type of fan that wants reactors to have the best possible first experience with a group/song. Lisa's rap was my favortie, but the whole video was good. The CGI was insane too.
Unfortunately the CGIs don't get as much love as regular M/Vs, but this was awesome, and "The Girls" also CGI was such a great song too.

Even 5 years on this K-Pop journey, I find it weird that a lot of videos (no matter what it is) have no English subs. How would you know what to react to? Remember the Netflix Doc? I don't understand what took them so long to release this. It shows off their Vocals amazingly well. Great as always!

At the time this came out Tencent media the makers of PUBG were major shareholders of YG. Blackpink used to promote the game heavily and had their own Blackpink content in the game.This single was even released in an online concert within the game.
YG entertainment also once had LVMH as a major shareholder lured by G-Dragon's influence.
Brands (not just fashion) now complete for the best idols given thier incredible influence, Blackpink in particular are known as sold out Queens as anything they wear or use often goes out of stock hours after it's spotted.
Blackpink PUBG mobile animation character was in full size and another song “Blackpink the Game” was on cutesy side ❤

I’m just kidding of course, people preferring one version over another is just a side effect of how much content KPop gives us that fans get to compare and choose between official videos and several show stages. You seemed to prefer performance videos a few times because they’re less dense or distracting for first listens and I get that, but you usually can’t go too wrong by just picking one and rolling with it. The song is always primary with me anyway.
