For next time, here's an idea for what you could have done under the house:
A large outdoor gathering area with sofas around a firepit potentially or have it like a gaming area for games like pingpong, foosball, chess and other such "party" games. Or even as an open garage to store a vehicle or two
Either way, I'm glad to see you do SOMETHING with the garden this time 😁👍
The bottom floor of a beach house is always parking. So you should always leave it mostly empty.

On two story homes in this game, is it possible to access the space underneath the stairs for storage? I noticed that the office started just where the staircase gave enough height for the ceiling to be non-sloped.
You could make a sauna under the house and you can negotiate the price of the house and get more money from it.
Be nice to do a shotgun house, sadly the devs probably haven't heard of them.

Did a good job. Probably least favorite house from the size alone. Kitchen area was prolly my favorite. Flooring suited it well. Did allow you to work on the garden for a change which was nice. :)

is it common in America to have a bathroom coming off the middle of the kitchen? not sure I would have much of an appetite or want to be cooking with someone taking a dump right there. I would have made the "bathroom" a pantry and the "tiny office" the toilet closet, or just made a much larger kitchen and ripped the walls out completely
wels you should try playing the sims! the build mode can be very similar to house flipper and allows for more customization (without the minigames though)

Lol, I know it's not a big deal but home offices are not everyone's priority. I just find it funny how you turned a postage stamp sized room into an office. Especially considering you wouldn't want a office in a family vacation home.

Originally a vanity may have had a bowl that could be filled with water for washing. More likely to be in a bedroom than in a bathroom space (as the latter was only for one thing). The vanity is for "getting ready". It's where women would do their hair, makeup, etc. Once indoor plumbing became a thing, sinks started to get added to existing vanities to replace those bowls of water eventually moving their way into bathrooms to cut costs in plumbing (and because with indoor plumbing they didn't smell so horrible anymore).

@@revoir-draws3270 Was hoping to have a Hermitcraft episode out this weekend, but it's looking like that's not going to happen, so I just wanted to give y'all a quick update. My motto for this season is, "It's done when it's done," but since this one is taking even longer than normal, I figured I'd keep you guys in the loop.
The next Hermitcraft episode is being worked on. It's taking longer than I'd like, partly due to some IRL stuff that happened (I got sick for a week, and then my AC was out for almost a week right afterwards which meant my office was basically an oven), and partly because it's just a really big project for this episode with a lot of grinding.
Since coming back from a very long period of Minecraft burnout, I've been careful to make sure I don't push it. I'd much rather have a longer wait between each episode than force myself to play when I'm not feeling it, because if I get burned out again, it's not going to be good for any of us, and as I mentioned before, there's a lot of rather boring grinding involved with the project for this episode. I can only handle so much boring grind in a single day before I don't feel like playing anymore for the day. Hopefully that will all make a bit more sense when you see the video.
As always, I'm still regularly posting updates and stuff on Twitter. This weekend is also a Hermitcraft stream weekend, and I'll be streaming from 10AM-12PM Central on Sunday over on Twitch.

I don't understand why you keep doing this game, keralis played this game in beta 3 years ago. I just wish you showed more of the actual game play and not restrain yourself to 30 minutes. I would love to see a hour long video with more game play
