- Amid Italy's stunning Tuscan landscape, local residents are making a beeline for one particular restaurant in the town of Volterra. The dining experience is not your typical dining one, these patrons are lining up to eat inside the walls of a high security prison. Seth Doane reports.

Many countries are trying their best to rehabilitate and give 1 more chance to their prisoners but its the complete opposite in America...in America,they try and make their prisoners more violent and more dangerous...also almost all the prison guards are bully in America.
I'll make sure to go to those countries to commit my crime

American prisons earn money depending on how many inmates they are housing
So to house as many inmates as possible they want former inmates to continue committing crimes and return to prison
The most straightforward solution to that is to make their capacity legally depend on their rehabilitation ratio

Learn what? These inmates committed serious crimes and we are pitying them? What about the victims of these crimes? These prisoners are where they belong!
