    Anyone who spent some time in Southern Italy knows only unimportant members of mafia are arrested, big bosses get protection by the government facilitating their crimes. The only time bosses are arrested is when stronger countries want them, or during the wars between different clans if too many people start dying. War on mafia functions the same as war on drugs; they will not succeed until society makes very big changes.

      The RICO law has existed in the USA since the 70's but it was not until the 80's that they began to use it effectively giovanni falcone Rocco Chinicci and borsellino already began to use the Italian laws of those times as if they were RICO supported by politicians like pio la Torre and Others are that they promoted the famous Rognoni-Latorre law. Indeed, the group Falcone Borsellino Chinicci and Latorre worked because the mafia felt worried, so after the law was approved, all of them were murdered with a series of terrorist bomb attacks by the Corleonesis, the regime. 41-bis is not an anti-mafia law but is a mechanism of the Rognoni-Latorre law that puts the bosses and members of the mafia and terrorism in a total regime of isolation with the objective of breaking them and also limiting their capacity. operational due to the harshness of the regime

    • @loquimi
      @loquimi ปีที่แล้ว +6

      The office has closed windows because it is probably in front of a main street.
      The corridor is alongside an inner courtyard, probably at the second or third floor and without any angles to fire a shot from the outside, despite that would be still possible from the inner courtyard to have a clean visual, but that place is probably over surveilled. They could have a fire angle only flying over the building with a helicopter and that is extremely unlikely to happen.

      If thats the case then its no wonder the criminals are winning. The cops are spending all their time dealing with the serious privacy laws when some 15 year old tourist girl taking a selfie ends up with some mafioso in the background, who files a complaint.

      The US is the central hub of training elite special forces because it takes money and resources as well as technological advanced equipment. Being brave is only half the battle. I'm sure they don't need that training but the US has all that is needed to train other Countries so Yes they've been trained by the Americans.
