Hello Martha 💛 Yoga teacher/spiritual mentor for 18 years. Just coming back from long weekend at Zion National Park with my boys (adults now) As I lay in the tent with open sky view, I felt the earth pulling the tension from my joints- seriously pulling and untangling.

Hi Martha, oh my god, I love dolphins! 😘😘Did you know that dolphins and whales are the only animals that in the wild bring their babies to the humans to show them. There really is a great bond between dolphins and humans. They bring so much joy 💗💗
