I will had that Sanji's whole plot line in whole cake was his feelings, how his family said it was his weakness etc, so that would be a nice conclusion on how ironically it was his greatest strength.
Thats a good point. I dont remember where but I think they said multiple times in the series that the more "heated" in his emotions the stronger he becomes.
I like that idea and alway though the same. But shouldn't his brothers have the same modification. Why restrict a specific modification on one son if you can add them to all of them.

I doubt he's a cyborg, yet I do think Sanji is modified. When his family was revealed and how they attained their abilities, everything clicked about him. His innate strength is because he's modified, however his modifications were activated by his emotions as opposed to his siblings. Who's abilities were activated by their lack of emotions. Of course, the other example is Reiju. She still has her emotions and abilities.
Similar to Blueno, in Thrilled Bark Absalom was surprised Sanji could just kick him no problem when people supposedly broke their bones on him. Sanji's legs have always been freakishly strong and durable.
honestly it always boggled me the fact that sanji is almost as strong as zoro and all zoro does is train (and drinking sometimes) while sanji spends all his time cooking, pampering nami and robin, SMOKING, and his training is basically fighting luffy to protect the fridge

Luffy and Zoro's life basically consist of training and becoming stronger while sanji actually has a job that keeps him busy most of the day, the fact hes up there with those two is pretty impressive
He mentioned that the kicks he got from Zeff were alot harder then from the FIshmen karate guy at arlongs park. So while both Zorro and Luffy trained by beating mostly riff raff Sanji got trained by an extreme strong badass. This would be similar to coby becoming very strong in just a few month by actual training with Garp. (Imagine how strong Ace and Luffy would have been if Garp actual would have trained them insteat of throwing them in the jungle)
Luffy literally never trains, the only one who trains consistently is Zoro, so it's more like the other way around, that it's impressive how ZORO can keep up with naturally strong monsters by training alone lol
I always assumed that even though Sanji didn’t train as hard and long growing up as Luffy and Zoro, he just fought the other cooks and trouble makers who came to the restaurant all the time growing up. In a way that’s plenty of training right there.
That is what happened. Aside from Germa stuff, Baratie was open to any and all. This made them a target spot for pirates or other kinds of troublemakers.

Tbf yes zoro and Luffy did train but sanji probably learned how to fight before they did. He sparred with his siblings and had to fight pirates at a young age. Battle experience is way more beneficial than training is in one piece.
I like to think that before the raidsuit thing, sanji was really 'a normal human' and was strong mainly because of zeffs training, the man was known to be the "red leg", and taught sanji how to fight using his legs the same way he used to fight, showing how wicked strong zeff really was on his prime, to teach a normal kid how to fight like that

Sanji spent the first half of his childhood training under Germa 66, and spent the second half of his childhood training under Red Leg Zeff - a veteran Grand Line pirate - on a ship full of fighting cooks. He spent his years not only fighting the other cooks on their floating restaurant (all of which are very rough sailors), but also they fought off any & all invading pirates. That's why he's so strong by the time we meet him.

I think it’s more about character development. The more Sanji comes to terms with his past/family, the more he taps into his genetic modified power. Putting on the suit is triggering it subconsciously. He’s spent so much time suppressing his true self, now he is coming to terms with everything. Growth
What you're thinking of is Savat not Capoeira. There is no bend to his leg when he kicks, and his form is too rigid with very little acrobatics to be Capoeira, plus Savat is a French martial art.

I disagree. Sanji clearly learned his leg strategies from Zeff. Makes perfect sense when you notice that Zeff wasknonw as Red Foot Zeff and Sanji Black Foot. Extremely important when you always fighting pirates. To say he didn't train as much as Zoro and Luffy just because he's a cook is nonsensical. Marco is a damn doctor often looked as peaceful and he can dish out alot of damaga same for crocus in his day. And Zeff was the chef on his own crew and was well known for his deeds. Sanji clearly did more than train to be a top chef.

Why his Stealth Black suit is not the Flaming Yellow suit? If those suit are meant to just enhance your abilities how is even possible for Sanji to turn invisible? Personally I think sanji’s modified genes activated when him a Zeff were stuck on the island giving him passive superhuman powers and then like going through puberty later allowed him to generate fire or sustain fire like kings race.

Well, it would be pretty disappointing to backtrack from his character growth he went through the previous arc. The one about him surpassing his siblings despite being born human. Him also being a modified human just makes him one of them, just with a bug that allowed him to have emotions. I wouldn't like a development like that. P.S. Him having Lunarian genes, on the other hand, would be an interesting twist.
I feel like sanji powers had to do with sora drug that she took cuz it nullified sanji meta human augmentioms that judge was going for all his kids. And now he has emotions and has the fire powers and if it has lunarian type stuff that has to do with the drug then it “makes sense” that sanji has fire powers cuz of the drug. But it my head canon until oda fleshes sanji’s powers out. Another thing I want sanji to use tempest kicks like the cp9 members cuz his fighting style is kicking and he’ll have a range attack. An overlooked detail is judge's nickname, garuda is the name of a demi god that happens to have wings and was the god of the sun, fire and king of the bird race Maybe the Vinsmokes are descendants of the lunarian tribe, judge was a failed lunarian who didn't get the powers but passed them down to sanji, or sora was a lunarian I don't think sanji's fire powers come from his modifications, oda already stated in an sbs that sanji isn't modified, also law listed all of stealth black abilities and fire bending wasn't one of them

I always assumed that even though Sanji didn’t train as hard and long growing up as Luffy and Zoro, he just fought the other cooks and trouble makers who came to the restaurant all the time growing up. In a way that’s plenty of training right there.
That is what happened. Aside from Germa stuff, Baratie was open to any and all. This made them a target spot for pirates or other kinds of troublemakers.
Krieg was likely not the first person who came to that restaurant looking for trouble.

You know what, the more im thinking about it, even when I was a kid I always found it strange.Sanji was and still is my favorite strawhat but it was always weird how a cook could keep up with the captain and a swordsman.
One of the only One Piece TH-camrs that feel legit. No "Don't forget to subscribe" with that overused subscribing animation, no clickbait thumbnails with red arrows and circles all over the place, and gets straight to the point, no crazy edits all over the place. Need more like this.

Might just be me, but I am subscribed to 91 people but only watch videos from less than half, probably like 15. I wish I hadn't subscribed to so many people and most people aren't going to sub from only one or two or hell even THREE videos because the content creators upload like once a month or something or end up switching up the type of content that they make which does happen often. We've seen Germa's cloning technology and research. It wouldn't surprise me if Judge also explored gene splicing or other biological studies.
The one interesting thing is Sanji’s Raid Suit. If sanji’s genetic modifications gave him fire powers, why does his raid suit give him stealth/invisibility? Maybe Sanji’s fire powers come from his mother’s side, which he only gained because the modifications were blocked

Tbf yes zoro and Luffy did train but sanji probably learned how to fight before they did. He sparred with his siblings and had to fight pirates at a young age. Battle experience is way more beneficial than training is in one piece.
I like to think that before the raidsuit thing, sanji was really 'a normal human' and was strong mainly because of zeffs training, the man was known to be the "red leg", and taught sanji how to fight using his legs the same way he used to fight, showing how wicked strong zeff really was on his prime, to teach a normal kid how to fight like that
But that does not explain how he can use fire before the raid suit and haki was a thing.

That's why he's so strong by the time we meet him.

I think it’s more about character development. The more Sanji comes to terms with his past/family, the more he taps into his genetic modified power. Putting on the suit is triggering it subconsciously. He’s spent so much time suppressing his true self, now he is coming to terms with everything. Growth

I disagree. Sanji clearly learned his leg strategies from Zeff. Makes perfect sense when you notice that Zeff wasknonw as Red Foot Zeff and Sanji Black Foot. Extremely important when you always fighting pirates. To say he didn't train as much as Zoro and Luffy just because he's a cook is nonsensical. Marco is a damn doctor often looked as peaceful and he can dish out alot of damaga same for crocus in his day. And Zeff was the chef on his own crew and was well known for his deeds. Sanji clearly did more than train to be a top chef.

I truly think the it’s just impractical for Oda to draw him spinning before every battle and people would complain about Sanji holding back if he was just drawn with it. It’s a anime power up, the first time it happens it’s impressive, every time after it’s expected.
The Lunarian comment was just a way for Oda to drop lore mid combat.
The fact that Sanji's suit is called ''Stealth Black'' and gives you the ability to turn invisible is weird, If anything his suit should be called ''Something Yellow'' or something like that (according to Judge's naming scheme).
Also, if the raid suits are supoused to enhance the powers of the Vinsmoke siblings and to match their hair color, why Sanji's suit is not YELLOW and makes his flaming kick stronger? Why his Stealth Black suit is not the Flaming Yellow suit?

If that's the case, maybe Sanji's power buff will take the form of flaming wings on his feet a la Hermes. They can make his flaming kicks stronger and faster, and allow for even more maneuverability in Sky Walk. Then he really will be the wings of the Pirate King.

Personally I think sanji’s modified genes activated when him a Zeff were stuck on the island giving him passive superhuman powers and then like going through puberty later allowed him to generate fire or sustain fire like kings race.

Well, it would be pretty disappointing to backtrack from his character growth he went through the previous arc. The one about him surpassing his siblings despite being born human. Him also being a modified human just makes him one of them, just with a bug that allowed him to have emotions. I wouldn't like a development like that.
P.S. Him having Lunarian genes, on the other hand, would be an interesting twist.
I feel like sanji powers had to do with sora drug that she took cuz it nullified sanji meta human augmentioms that judge was going for all his kids. And now he has emotions and has the fire powers and if it has lunarian type stuff that has to do with the drug then it “makes sense” that sanji has fire powers cuz of the drug. But it my head canon until oda fleshes sanji’s powers out. Another thing I want sanji to use tempest kicks like the cp9 members cuz his fighting style is kicking and he’ll have a range attack. Plus that’ll just be beast.
I think Sanji may just be an upgraded human more like a midway point between a regular human and his brothers.

An overlooked detail is judge's nickname, garuda is the name of a demi god that happens to have wings and was the god of the sun, fire and king of the bird race
Maybe the Vinsmokes are descendants of the lunarian tribe, judge was a failed lunarian who didn't get the powers but passed them down to sanji, or sora was a lunarian
I don't think sanji's fire powers come from his modifications, oda already stated in an sbs that sanji isn't modified, also law listed all of stealth black abilities and fire bending wasn't one of them
I really hope oda doesnt make sanjis strength come from being modified he was raised as a vinsmoke then as red leg zeffs apprentice constantly fighting the other chefs and pirates the actual training with zeff getting kicked by zeff outside of fight training and he probably had a much healthier diet than luffy and zoro helping his body grow plus passion flames are so much cooler than being like his siblings
