what if you went behind where the new tee box would be another 50 yards, opened up the right side of the existing tee boxes? its a par 4 that you lay up to hole 2-3 tee boxes.

That's going to be an awesome addition to BHGC. The pontoon green would make it real easy for Scuba Steve to swan dive into the pond when he dunks another hole in one.
Great film, a great hole and a great course. Ever though of making the green a shared green with a 2nd flag. When playing, flip a coin at every tee to decide which flag to play for. Woukd add an extra dyanmic to each round.
Depending on the draft of the pontoons and depth of the pond on that tee box side. You could grab a bungee anchor line and attach to the raft then with a line on shore pull the raft in and jump on. “All aboard”
