I just love these videos with you and your dad. I lost my dad in 2010 when I was 25 and we had a very similar relationship (and love of golf). The banter and the goofing on each other is priceless. Your videos with your dad remind me of him and I thank you for that.
Man, that is super nice of Tom and Riverbend. We played there on Father's Day, only thinking we were going to play 9. At the turn we went in to ask if we could pay the difference to play the back, they just said "Go ahead, no charge". i will definitely be frequenting Riverbend more now. Great course, great people.
Classy move by Tom. Clearly a guy that understands business, and obviously a top notch dude. Definitely gives an understanding to what the pros face when they talk about double rolled greens. Can't wait to see more videos from the course after a month or so of changed greens maintenance.
Awesome I think this is my most favourite video ever! I giggled through most of it then was properly laughing at the end with the impossible putts. And both your little faces when rolling the green - priceless 😁
This is why I keep 3 putting Riverbend greens... Great Shout out to Tom, Riverbend Owner & Greenskeeper. He has done great work at Riverbend GC. It is busy as heck now. I just joined as a member this summer. I have been playing there 3 times a week. What a challenge it is. The Geese like it too. LOL. Great video. Now we know why Randy drives the 2006 Honda Accord. Scuba Steve taught him.
Found that using a push broom to work in the sand and then rolling works the sand in better. Then the next time you mow less sand will be in the basket. The reel and bed knife will stay sharper longer too.
Here in Ireland we call them Greens Irons like the Iron you use for your clothes. Our keeper double Iron's just around the cup. Best of luck with your new toy Steve.
Whoa what a trip to see Fort Wayne, my hometown on here! Riverbend was our home course in high school, but I don't remember it having fast greens then. Guess I'll have to stop by next time I'm in town!
That was some of the best content I have watched...I am so jealous of Beverly's HIlls, especially now with the greens roller, I can't wait to see what else you add to this course. Fantastic job!
Way to go Tom for the roller, man that's cool of him to do. Scuba Steve lit up when he said "more junk back here". Haha. I think I understand the problem at the US Open last year. They just got a new roller and were excited and got a little nuts. Haha. You should have tried to hit a shot from the tees and see if you can get it to hold.
Man, these are always the most enjoyable videos. Just wonderful seeing your guys' relationship and your joy in maintaining this amazing course. Some day I'd kill to do the same with my old man.
I just got back into golfing last year after my 3rd heart attack. I'd been living in Indy for 16 years and just moved back up here a few years ago. Anyway, last time I played Riverside was in the 90's and they had electric carts. ;)
I used to work at a golf course and doing that was interesting. You would be going one way and everything is fine and you go the other way and then it was all backwards when it came to turning. Took some time to get used to
Randy I gotta say that I watched this after coming home from working 10+ hours today and it was a great joy even though I was exhausted from work. Love the content. Keep it up buddy!
I love your T-Shirt, Randy! Check Your Head was the very first CD I ever bought. I was like 12 or 13 years old. I saved money from my allowance and I remember walking in the record store not knowing if they would sell me the CD because of the parental advisory thing. But boom! I got the CD and listened to the Beastie Boys for like 6 months straight. What memories. This channel is great in so many ways. Thanks for making me remember the good ol' days.
I am a gent from the UK 🇬🇧 and loved this channel since birth 👶🏻 Why ten dislikes??? Grow up and F*ck off bro, this is 100% the best golf channel on you tube.......soz Rick! 👍🏻😆
I work at a pretty high end country club, we only roll greens twice a week because if we did any more than that, the greens would be next to impossible to play. However, a different club I was loaned out to (they where understaffed and asked my home course for help) they have a triplex roller and they roll every single day and their greens a faster than frickin lightening.
What a classic - That green must be 23 on the Stimpmeter Hahaha. Wow, Scuba's a big spender, 75c for a stale bag of popcorn - LOL....Great video Randy.
Stumbled on this video and noticed you said River Bend and thought it sounded familiar, then once you said Fort Wayne I knew I was right, I live here too, that’s awesome!
I don't know why this is in my recommended, but I'm glad it was. You and your dad have the greatest relationship.
iBET Thanks, appreciate that!

Always love reading these comments, thanks for sharing!
I'm not a golfer, but I loved the interaction between you and your father, good times!
Appreciate ya!
I vicariously spend time with my late golfer dad when I watch you guys.
🙏
I worked at a golf course for awhile and rolling greens is the most satisfying thing I’ve ever done especially when the dew there
Probably my favorite episode so far lol, this was amazing
Nice you got a us open green now
😬
"Do you wanna shoot a slow motion montage?"
"No, I don't"
Cue slow motion montage.
Does not do the grail justice
In laughed WAY to hard when you literally whispered on that ball and it went off the green 😂😂
Man, that is super nice of Tom and Riverbend. We played there on Father's Day, only thinking we were going to play 9. They really are a great bunch of guys!
Your Dad is just constant entertainment
Like jester..
He needs to be nicer to his dad
Agreed, woop his butt Dad!

Totally love these tunes. Great atmosphere! Just awesome choices made there.

We are pumped! Thanks, Jarrod
That was awesome, your dad is a hoot!
PUT the book back!!!!!!!!!!! Pure love between Father & Son
I need to snatch up a roller and give my backyard green some love.
Another awesome video from Randy and Scuba Steve!
Fried Eggs Golf is by far my favorite golf channel.
Thank you, Mr. Nutz.
Forget the club manufacturers, Honda should be kicking back to your channel.
🚙
Looks like a standard too.
I like how y'all talk calm, and then all of a sudden there's a loud outburst from one and the other follows. You two are so much alike.
Awesome I think this is my most favourite video ever! I giggled through most of it then was properly laughing at the end with the impossible putts. And both your little faces when rolling the green - priceless 😁
One of the best golf videos I've ever seen on TH-cam. You guys are gold!
Thanks, Jonathan!
I laughed too many times in this vid. Love it man, so good!
High praise coming from a lawn connoisseur like yourself!

It's a great golf community and I really enjoy the people!

@13:00 I thought the tractor was moving sideways
Mitch Thompson
Me too...I was so confused for a bit haha
Mitch Thompson same
Mitch Thompson came to the comments to make sure i wasnt the only one😂😂
Mitch Thompson hey weren’t the only one, I replayed it back a couple times before my idiot self realized it😂
Randy takes the Dennis from Always Sunny approach to eating breakfast in the car.
I learned to roll greens on a similar machine. The guy teaching always had a kick out of watching the new guy get the roller back on the trailer.
Yea it’s a trip
Takes a second to get used to for sure!
Cool video. I had no idea about green rollers. You and your dad are so lucky to be working together. Never take a day of it for granted.
Here in Ireland we call them Greens Irons like the Iron you use for your clothes. Our keeper double Iron's just around the cup. Best of luck with your new toy Steve.
Wait, do you call the guy who drives it... Iron Man?
Absolutely Excellent, You and your dad are priceless.
Hi Randy in England they are called Irons brilliant vlog good to see you and your old man spending time together 😁👍
🙏
Cannot wait for the next course vlog with the new green makeover
Just wait until the bunker!
Whoa what a trip to see Fort Wayne, my hometown on here! Riverbend was our home course in high school, but I don't remember it having fast greens then. Guess I'll have to stop by next time I'm in town!
Legend has it, the ball is still rolling today
Best. Video. Eva! i couldn't stop smiling for y'all

Love Randy calling out Steve on the popcorn!!!
Great video lads brilliant to have a roller for your green lighting fast or what.
Thanks, Peter!
You guys are too funny together this was great.
🙏
Fair play that green looks awesome.
🙏
Sick video!!! Wow that green is sick!
Thanks, Ramiro!
That was some of the best content I have watched...I am so jealous of Beverly's HIlls, especially now with the greens roller, I can't wait to see what else you add to this course. Fantastic job!
Appreciate ya!
The most entertaining channel on TH-cam!
Awesome vid! Your dad cracks me up man. It's like a crystal ball into what you'll end up as 😂 the shenanigans 😂
Don't say that Juan, don't EVER SAY THAT!
@@FriedEggsGolf don't fight it, just let it happen 😂
Oh it’s happening just ask his wife!
Way to go Tom for the roller, man that's cool of him to do. Scuba Steve lit up when he said "more junk back here". Haha.

More videos to come!
The ninth hole with the ladder was always my favorite hole on that course. Good times
I've never played golf in my life, dont know how I got here but I stayed for the whole thing and am happy I did. Your Dad and you are very funny. :)
🙏
Man, these are always the most enjoyable videos. Just wonderful seeing your guys' relationship and your joy in maintaining this amazing course. Some day I'd kill to do the same with my old man.
Just go into his backyard and start digging. 🤷♂️
It’s always sunny in Philadelphia-eating a bowl of cereal and driving
What a great relationship here! New sub for sure!
How big are the tee boxes at Beverly's Hills GC? I am doing the same at my house and want to get an idea of how yours are working out.
Approximately 6’ x 8’
Any regrets on size or wishing for artificial turf?
Would have doubled the size
@@scubastevesmith7108Thanks. When I'm up and running I will challenge you to a tournament.
Can't wait for more Beverly's Hill's content! So awesome having a greens roller.
🙏
“What are you doing with the camera?”
“Recording him getting a bolt”
Lol priceless.
Second lol that got me
Always enjoy these! Thanks!
Just so good
Thanks, Michael!
brilliant....the slow motion sequence was a thing of beauty!! you've turned beverly's hills into augusta!!!
#humbled

Riverbend is a great course. I used to li e in fort Wayne directly across the street.
My home course is called Riverbend! It’s all the way over in central Iowa though haha
Is the owner's name Tom?
You guys are awesome!! Great vid

I mean, who doesn't carry a pic of themselves in their wallet?
Every one does it’s called a driver’s license
Love you're content man!! Keep it comin!!
🙏
Sometimes less is more! Great Video!
🙏
Well played Tom... I hear scuba is renting the green out to Tiger to practice before next year's masters 👍
So awesome. Props on scoring free equipment. It's like playing on concrete.
Scary fast!
You guys just created a NIGHTMARE!!!!
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! (Evil laugh)
"You've already got 4 mowers"
"Yeah, but two of them don't work!"
Solid logic for a guy who has a single green to mow. lol! Love ya Scuba Steve!
He can’t count it was 5
Oddly satisfying to watch you get that sheared bolt out. Augusta greens, your scores will be climbing and there will be no gimmies!
Insane...was smiling the whole video...great stuff
Thanks, Matthias!
your dad was right, should’ve done the maintenance on it first especially not knowing when it was done last. Do you only have one green?
Yep.
Got a terrpro 4 wheeler just like that .. with the mower attachment
He has 3 of them... don’t ask me why 🙄
One for me one for mom to mow (and we have lots to mow) and one for the roller duh!!
I used to work at a golf course and doing that was interesting. You would be going one way and everything is fine and you go the other way and then it was all backwards when it came to turning. Took some time to get used to
Great vid. Can tell you like hanging out with your ol pops.. cool. I'd say that green was a lil too fast. Lol
MILEHIGH JAX just a touch...
So good I watched it twice.
✌️👍
Randy I gotta say that I watched this after coming home from working 10+ hours today and it was a great joy even though I was exhausted from work. Love the content. Keep it up buddy!

that is insane! that last putt was mind bending.
Hey guys, love the channel. It'd be awesome to see a step by step of how you made the green. Yours looks super high quality for a DIY home green.
This is so fascinating! I need an update!!!
As always another great video keep'em coming 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😀
🙏
Shoutout to Tom at Riverbend!
Randy, you and Scuba Steve are going to be pro green keepers now.
PS - Love the Beastie Boys shirt
I am a gent from the UK 🇬🇧 and loved this channel since birth 👶🏻 Why ten dislikes??? Grow up and F*ck off bro, this is 100% the best golf channel on you tube.......soz Rick! 👍🏻😆
One of my favorites laughed all the way through😂😂😂 we need so course vlogs

What a classic - That green must be 23 on the Stimpmeter Hahaha. Wow, Scuba's a big spender, 75c for a stale bag of popcorn - LOL....Great video Randy.
🙏
Awesome vid Randy. Laughed out loud at work at the green speed like a super mental person 😄
🤪
Stumbled on this video and noticed you said River Bend and thought it sounded familiar, then once you said Fort Wayne I knew I was right, I live here too, that’s awesome!
This is great. Do you guys have a stump meter? It would be interesting to hear how fast it is relative to course standards.
How-To Household ..... Stimp Meter👍🏻👍🏻
Best use for them is to hold the office door open😉😉
Screw driving tree fiddy, putt it tree fiddy. Whoop Whoop
We usually roll greens once a month and mow them Mon, Wed, Fridays at the course I work at.
wish i was with you guys love your content.
Great video
Ur from fort wayne? Im from huntington. I play at Norwood golf course
End made the rest worth it. Great job
He keeps that picture to remind himself of life before he had that smart-mouthed kid.
Epsilon Silver 😘
Im new here
Lmao
I played the other day on new GC and the greens were rolling like that. It was windy too. I 4 putted several times.
Might be my favorite video you've made.
🙏
Your editing is so amazing.
Gracias!
