If those who live in Turkey take a DNA test, they will see that over 40 million are Greeks, 30-35 million are Kurds and the rest are Armenians, Assyrians, and a few million Mongolian Turks. TURKEY IS THE ONLY STATE IN THE WORLD THAT DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN COUNTRY AND DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN PEOPLE. TURKEY HAS NO HISTORY, HAS ONLY A CRIMINAL RECORD.

Can any fellow Greeks help me out here? I was born in America to Greek Parents, even lived in Greece then returned to America. My entire family line is Greek, I miss Greece a lot and want to return. I'm dealing with all kinds of nonsense here with the consulate, can I just go to Greece since I am a Greek citizen, with an Oikogenia Merida and fulfill my military obligation? Here they are telling me to obtain paperwork but since I am a dual citizen, can I just return to Greece and let them know I want to serve?
Serving in the military is one way to become Greek citizen anyway. If you already have Greek citizenship, you can go to center for citizens ' services it's called KEP, and ask them to do the paperwork for you to join.
