i was lucky enough to hang with David backstage at a Gang Of Four show a few years ago and i can confirm he is one of the nicest, most thoughtful and genuinely chill dudes on the planet...kinda blew me away
I met him at the recent leeds show and can confirm that he is indeed a very nice guy

What a laid back, magical guy fully immersed in music of all styles/genres.
Pajo- fricking legend, we are so fortunate he's still with us alive and well. All his band work rules but def check out his solo albums under Aerial/Papa M- Live from a Shark Tank is a classic.
Could listen to him talk music for hours. Sweet, cool, gentleman who happens to articulate his passion for music very well. Thanks for this one, Amoeba.

Apart from being an incredible guitarist, he's always seemed like a totally lovely person that you'd be lucky to have as a friend.

One of my biggest regrets in life is missing that tour where he played with Gang of Four. I did get to see him open for Sunn O))) once though. The man is a living legend and a pioneer of rock.

Honestly one of my biggest guitar heroes. He doesn't overplay, is a master of the emotional content of his playing, but also he uses quite harmonically dense ideas with triads and extensions, dissonance. More players should study David Pajo's playing.
I never am not absolutely surprised and blown away at these things with respect to learning and enjoying, and this is one of the highest in both ways….

Saw David Pajo perform in São Paulo few years ago what I can only describe as "ambient guitar music". Pretty amazing stuff!
