I will never forget listening to this nonstop in my Jeep Cherokee when I was 19. I'd cruise through the graveyard and smoke a joint while blasting this. That graveyard was the only spot near me I could smoke at. A lot of Sabbath was played in that graveyard, and I hope the spirits were listening.
The Sabotage Tour was the best sabbath tours ever,I saw them back in 1975 in jersey, not @ asbury though, they were just as good if not better ..Sabbath remains the pioneers of Heavy Metal 4 ever!
man ward doesnt get the credit he deserved. his chops are fucking unreal and i still to this day think that he was one of the most under-rated drummers of all time.
This is ridiculously great sounding. The spacey un-compressed recording, the band's performance, the instruments' tones, Ozzy's voice (don't care for his few crack ups), just everything.
This is absolute no doubt it classic original Black Sabbath. . . live. Straight to favourites. Bill's dumping in the toilet (bathroom to our American friends, brothers and sisters, fathers and uncles, etc) and then. . I'm still waiting for the continuum and it's over. Love you all.
Asbury Park 75 is fucking gold!Kicks serious ass! Awesome concert professionally recorded off the sound board by a British radio show. It`s the best live Ozzy era recording and the sound quality is great for the time. This should have been released as a live album. I downloaded it off a torrent site.
Yeah, it almost was released in 2001. King Buscuit was taking requests from people for live releases and this concert was requested. It had been rejected back in the 70's because the sound was "not good enough". Once the people at King Buscuit relistened to it, they realized their mistake. The collector that had made the request was given a promo copy of the show, since plans were made for its release and then King Buscuit ended up scrapping the project. That's how it ended up leaked.
You could say that but John Bonham died in 1980 and he's never overlooked. John gets the credit he deserves all the way but Bill doesn't. He's the reason I started playing drums. Both John and Bill influence me highly.
Ozzies head looks like it's on backwards. And his face says it all! Cocaine and booze and metal make ones face get stuck in permanent bitter beer face mode. Great show.
That's a great point. I really like reading your comments, not just here but on some of the other posts I've made. It's refreshing for someone to give legitmate, well-informed opinions in readable English.
I couldn't see them in the 1970s. I wasn't born yet. As far as the recording, I still prefer this. The sound quality is better here, and the performances at Asbury Park were a lot better. Both are good shows though.
It's one of the album covers...there's actually several versions of both the cover and the title. It's all the same recording though. Asbury Park '75 is just the one that is the most universally known.
Oh ok, that's the show at Lund. Probably the best recording from the TE tour. I have a ripped copy of "Killing Yourself to Die", which is another version of the same show.
This is one of the greatest concerts ever. Its spellbinding
I had a similar bootleg that I acquired in the 80’s. Sound quality sucked so it’s nice to hear it cleaned up

The best tour and the heaviest sounding too! Vol.4 Tour and Sabbath Bloody Sabbath Tour were great too.

The start of that drum solo is insane-the double bass and that quick snare work is wicked at the beginning!
"Mr.Bill Ward,thank you"
Asbury Park '75 is my favorite performance.
Pound for pound the best rock bad ever.....
hell yeah finally we get to see some hardcore Ward action lol
MOAR
BLACK SABBATH FOREVER !!! 🤘🤘🤘

The picture is the album cover, so the title of the album is: Asbury Park 75
I have that album and it is amazing

bill on fire
So few bands that can even compare to the sound that this brings my ears. I love old sabbath, they are the root of my inner evil!!!u/s/d/c 2u

I can't find a live video of Sabbra Cadabra anywhere... looking for one with this jam included. Anyone?
adam litchkowski no, not that I know of, there has to be. sounds like it's from a soundtrack
There is not one sorry
I saw them last year in Cincinnati. I would of gone this year, but they aren't coming any closer to Detroit or Chicago...which sucks.
To blacksab fan..you rock dude..thanks for that info...soulseek rules!!!!!!!
True. Ever hear The Wizard? Sounds very similar to Bonham.

Wow omg, I have never heard this. Is there some way I can buy this?
No, Baghdad is from the California Jam in 1974.
do they NOT HAVE pt.1?!
WHAT?
La Gloria parte II
I've never heard of that bootleg. What show (place/date) is it, or is it a compilation bootleg?
Hey, can you repost this in the 20 minute version? That would be great.
They should’ve recorded this for technical ecstasy it would’ve been the best song on the album
Anybody know what happened to the studio version of Sabbra Cadabra? Is this another one that You tube disabled? Ridiculous!
dude where did you get this??!?
Is this the same as the Bagdad bootleg?
bill is better than john bonhan! bill is under-rated and Iommi too!
I'll meet you halfway on that Bill Ward is amazing and underrated but I think Tony is very much overrated 🤘
WHITE MAN Iommi is not overrated at all, he deserves to be recognised as one of the greatest singe he created Heavy metal and the bible of metal!
Maybe a few bucks, but probably not a lot.
