- This is my review for the Figma Tanjiro Kamado Demon Slayer DX Edition figure from the anime Demon Slayer. The figure broke during the review so please pay attention. I was able to fix the figure but learn from my mistake . Please enjoy, be safe and Subscribe!

Man! That would have ruined my whole day having the head snap off my new figure. I had a Mafex joker break on me. Luckily BBTS was cool and sent me another one. As a collector that is the biggest aggravation when spending our hard earned money on these companies figures. These figures aren’t cheap and to have one break right out the package is disappointing to say the least. The figure itself is beautiful. I wanted the Aniplex one but the reviews I watched for their figures weren’t good. They kept falling apart during the reviews. That’s what made me decide to go with figma. Thanks for a great video!
LOL oh it did ruin my morning but I did my best not to let it mess up my day. I was able to fix it as it would have been a long process to return it to AmiAmi but best believe that if it wasn't fixed I would have went that route. Yeah BBTS is good with returns. Yeah I have the Buzzmod one too and to me it looks better but I do agree on the hand pegs and joints coming loose when posing. I had to get the right pose for mine and try not to touch it lol. This figure is nice and wish we could combine the 2 lines to get the perfect figure for Demon Slayer. Thanks for the view and comment!

Enjoyed this nice calm review bro nice work , for some reason this figure looked slightly off/dodgy in other reviews but in yours this Tanjiro actually looked really clean as strange as that sounds
I will take that as a complement on the figure looking clean on my review, thank you. I also happy you enjoyed the review too! He is a nice figure but for the price of this deluxe I'd save and get the Buzzmod version. The Figma one has better accessories but over all I like the Buzzmod one more.
@@prockzilla4787 i guess it's because they seperate the neck joint into two pieces, so they tend to break more easily than just one solid neck joint if u compare it with zenitsu one

Thanks for giving me your time! Yeah that drove me crazy during the break between the next portion of the recording process. Thankfully I was able to fix it and not having to return it to AmiAmi. Had to adjust in the end but made it work. Dude, Thanks so much for the Sub and hopefully I can continue to give you reviews that you enjoy.

Nice review brother question is he hard to pose and handle can he pose like the ones in the promotional images?
Hey man thanks for the view and support! The only portion I found a little to pose were the shoulder joints. They tend to get off track a little if you rotate them too much. Other than that you can get almost all the promotional poses.

That’s some bullshit about the head popping off! What kinda horrible QC is that! Just got my Buzzmod tabjirou and it’s amazing, the cloth goods really elevate the figure aswell. I might get the figma one just to get the extra slashing effects and head sculpt. I’m planning on collecting the whole Buzzmod demonslayer line
Thanks for the view and comment. Yeah I was pissed off when the head came right off. I also have the Buzzmod versions and prefer those. I bought the Figma version to display in a static pose and then use the Buzzmods for dynamic poses as they articulate better.
How the heck GSC can sell a defective like that 😭 ? Did they really inspect these figures carefully before shipping out? Considering the price we have to pay, this is a disaster....
I agree with everything you are saying. The head came off pretty easy too, not much pressure was put into moving it. I was very surprised and upset when it happened. Nothing like this has happened again, knock on wood, but I agree. This should not have happened.
Tanjiro Kamado is my favorite character from Demon Slayer

Basicaly those marks can make hashiras stronger and faster

I thought he got that from saving his brother from boiling water spilling on him. Then the water hit Tanjiros head and that’s how. I think he says that in the Entertainment arc but I’m not sure
I like the anime especially season 2 as it continues but it’s funny when I figured out that the effects in the anime is their imagination Fire and water really doesn’t come out because they are swords men
Oh I didn't know that about their imagination being the effects in the show. Yeah this show grew on me and by the end of season one, I was hooked. Looking forward to the new season.
@@prockzilla4787 No- It's not their imagination- They perform sword techniques and it is done so well it appears to the eyes that way, like Murata is weak so when he does sword stuff no elements come. They aren't generating real stuff but it appears that way, but it is still there. --Manga reader

This figure doesn't live up to my expectation. The joints are somewhat weak, esp after I unwrapped the waist. The paint is also NOT durable! Esp the checkered motif. If you take the price into consideration, this product is extremely expensive!
I can see your point, which is why I preferred the BozzMod line of Demon Slayer compared to the Figma. You saw the head brake on mine which is a crazy QC issue for a pricey figure. Thanks for the view and detailed comment. I love to hear other collectors' point of view so much appreciated.

For some reason I’m not complaining I’m just confused on why my figma Tanjiro box didn’t come with the outside casing it’s just the see through box it didn’t come with the case does that happen with some people please let me know 😅

What ever happened to you figure? I ordered mine from eBay and they sent me a regular version even tho I bought for the DX. He said to return it or get partial refund so I’ll do that last thing after I saw what happened to your fig and re-purchase the DX.
I had to glue it back in place. I still get some articulation but not the full amount. It is fine with me as I use my BuzzMod figure for the more dynamic poses. Hope you enjoy the figure.

Mine was missing the base plate and the spare hands what should I do?
I would contact the retailer you bought it from as missing pieces is not acceptable. Broken joints can be fixed but you can't fix what you don't have.
