I don't think people realize what Ten Hag is doing... He already analyses the team last year and knows who is going to be in his plan every player he got he wanted to make Manchester United better Hojland is still young and hungry to play I'm ready for next season
@brojoshua3227 people lack common sense listen to every player about Ten Hag he knows every player weakness and make them work on it. For example, look at Rashford and Aaron at the beginning of the season and towards the end
There's a phrase in NBA, "you can't teach height". Højlund's physical attributes alone should cause a lot of problems to the opponents. With proper trainings and development, he could be our world class striker.
Great video. Unlike most people who wanted Kane, Muani, or any other top tier striker out there, I trust the manager. We gotta realize that before Ten Hag goes for a certain player, he and his technical team conduct an indepth analysis of what the team needs, and what the different options available provide. Hence, the purchase of Hojlund is based on an extensive process of informed decision-making. For those who are worried that Hojlund won't score enough goals for Man United, it's important to realize what kind of team Ten Hag is building. A quick look at ETH's Ajax and you will realize that he likes building dynamism in the team in terms of goal scoring. Ten Hag likes a team in which different players develop into goal scorers. This is to avoid dependence on a single player to score goals, which puts the team at a risk of a goal drought in the case of an injury or suspension of such a player. That's why ETG is shifting towards playing with two 8's like City did with David Silva and KDB and dominated the league. Moreover, Hojlund will have Bruno, Eriksen, Mount, Antony, and Rashford to supply him upfront. He is a natural finisher. With proper supply, then he will undoubtedly score many goals. Imagine if Weghorst turned his missed chances into goals, he would be on a permanent contract at United today. Lastly, when it comes to the fee, the market doesn't have the standard. A player is as expensive as the buying club really wants him. City are gonna pay 90 mil for Gvardiol. Not because he is the best left-back in the world today, but because that's how much City want him. Of the strikers that we would have gone for, Hojlund is, in fact, the cheapest.
Hojlund is Man Utd type & our Now & Future that has all the attributes to be the best around, potentially World Class worth investing in for the long-term.
32 games last season, 9 goals, 2 assists, £72 million for that and they compare him to Haaland. Don't know what they smoke in Old Trafford but its good stuff!

There are no guarantees in football except Spurs would overcharge Utd so unlikely to get Kane for £100mil. Haaland does so well because so much of City's structure and tactics are to feed him and the other players accept their role. There are a couple of Utd players who do play with their head down at times and just want to do it themselves and fail, if that can be better focussed then Hojlund has the chance to show what he can do. Remember when Cantona did not trust Andy Cole and his form was poor but improved after Yorke joined and Cantona left.
If Manchester United need to go long, Hojlund could pop up anywhere on the pitch for the knock on/down, imagine a mismatch of Hojlund battling a long ball against a typically smaller fullback if he shifted wide for the goal kick, knocking it on/down into space for a pacey follow through by Anthony/Dalot/Rashford/Malacia/Shaw etc or even for a shot/playmaking pass by Bruno to the wingers.

AJ do you not think Rashford and Hojlund could get into each others way because Marcus plays with his head down like a roadrunner?
Ten Hag was asked what did he do there just standing and watching his team loose a game? "I was analyzing" he said.
Ten hag always want strikers who is good on the ball and also tall, so hojlund 6ft 3 tall will massively adapt to ten hag system
He was collecting 10k at atalanta… no way he’s collecting 75k at United
Highest will be 50k and that’s what I’ve been hearing

Ronaldo was on 450k
De gea - 350 k
Sancho - 350k
Maguire - 250k
