You can see on the far side of the river a bear catche a fish. Thats what I don't get. Why don't they move a little down river to catch fish? The fish are swimming up river. So go down a little father. That lone bear gets it.
The bears higher in the hierarchy get access to the best spots, it’s safer for smaller or less dominant bears to go down river. There are still salmon there!
Where in the 5 1/2 minute video is what your title refers to? Kinda looks like bears doing nothing but fishing. Maybe you should use that as your title!

If you actually watch the video, around minute 1:35 you can see 32 get chased by 856 as soon as he reached the island
