    Hi Locknuts! Great units and great finds! @ 15:30 the Bag Balm. You can use that for chafing, diaper rash. etc. Adults and children. It creates a barrier once applied and the skin will heal right up. Just a small amount goes a long way. Its very soothing to the sore skin also. Wonderful stuff. Used alot in nursing. Love that stuff!

    The Ryobi saw is called a sliding miter saw. The stand parts that you said are for a level are actually for the work lights you put in the bin.

      My parents bought a house on contract. Mom still lives there today. The basement was full of shelves upon shelves, of rocks. All around the outside of the house were big rocks. Every color shape and composition. As a kid, mom let us try to sell them at our lemonade stand. She herself was "disposing" of them little by little. A couple years ago I watched a rock hound video on TH-cam. And now, I wish we had all those rocks back. Turns out, we had a sample of every mineral on earth. It's value would have been over 1 million dollars! Not all rocks are just rocks. I have collected them since I was little. Various countries, states, etc. It's better than a picture. Nature's gift.😊

    Crazy coincidences do happen.
    Back in about 2007 i worked with a friend who drives garbage trucks. I stood on the back and collected garbage from a route of neighborhoods in our 20000ish population city. A short while into the route we found a sterling silver medal made in 1992 by the royal Norwegian mint commemorating the 250th anniversary of our city.. this medal has a mintage of only 100 pieces so it is quite rare, not huge monetary value, but some and still a cool find. Anyway we had an agreement that we shared whatever we found, so naturally we had to settle this in some manner, then later on in a completely different part of town we find one more identical medal.
    So tell me the odds of that happening.
    Medal with mintage of 100 pieces, 2 of them gets thrown in the trash the exact same date 15 years after production by people who have no relation to each other and both gets found by us.

    • @LockerNuts
      @LockerNuts  ปีที่แล้ว +9

      That is an incredible coincidence, and I think it trumps this locker coincidence for sure! Thanks for sharing the story, I love it.

    • @vacuumandgaspressurecoexisting
      @vacuumandgaspressurecoexisting ปีที่แล้ว

      @@greggiles7309 Fairly certain the first find was from people moving because of the activity on location and the second was death in the family or moving into assisted living. The latter find was resting on top of a pile of old picture frames and assorted wall ornaments and that sort, neatly stacked in the trash can. The cassette the medal was displayed in had some glued on attachments and the silver was toned from sunlight, it had clearly been hanging on the wall with the other stuff.. it was quite obvious it was due to a change in someones life.

    Those big boxes on wheels would make great containers for the bad clothing for the worse market.. I'd suggest getting your drill out and doing holes all the way down to the bottom.. 4 or 5 either side of the corner then cut down in the corner to the bottom.. copy on other side/corner to create opening.. then do back up with cable ties. Cut cable ties to easily empty. If you have a decent glue.. glue in the drilled holes to give it strength.

    Jack I went out of town and put my trash out on Monday. I came back on Wednesday night. I went to throw out some trash that night because the trash guys come on Thursday morning. All three of my metal trash cans were stolen. I had those cans since we moved into our house in 1972. They were old and dented but will cost me around $95 to replace each one. I can't believe someone would take some old trash cans. Maybe because they were heavy aluminum or antiques? I'll have to buy heavy rubber ones now so they don't blow away. So I know the feeling when someone takes your trash can.😢
