    The trap was well laid for an individual who thinks he is the law and not law enforcement. Fuhrman is learning now that he's not as smart as he thought he was. His confidence is starting to unravel. Lying about the identity of Nicole was a major indicator that something was wrong with Fuhrman's testimony. How could he not know who she was with all those pictures inside the home.

      @@thebiggestbrookmonkfan F.Lee Bailey's memory is photographical and that's were the prosecution was at a lost, he'd bring up facts and then skip over it and then come back to the question even catching Judge Ito off guard as to say I'm asking another question? Mark Fuhrman is a liar and he continues to contradict himself. Now he's worried, because he knows exactly were F. Lee Bailey's interrogation is going. As the camera goes from OJ to Ms Clark and Darden it's a series of objections by the prosecution that never ends. Mark Fuhrman's smirk is gone and so is his water in his red solo cup. Mark Fuhrman is so arrogant that he really doesn't care about getting cought, because he believes he's the law and the people will approve of his planting of evidence to catch OJ Simpson Mark Fuhrman wasn't alone in his effort Vanatter was another one carrying bloods all over the place. I've always wondered how Mark Fuhrman feels 27 years later knowing he will always be thought of as the cop that took a dump on the prosecution's case. If the jury wasn't convinced that something was wrong with this police officer, their suspicions would be confirmed very shortly afterward by a full confession by Mark Fuhrman on tape to a writer who he's been corresponding with for years even while the trial was in progress; its just unbelievable that the prosecution did not know this. Ms Clark would eventually say his personal views have nothing to do with the case.......I guess that's why she's the inspiration for Sally in the nightmare before Christmas. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    The way the justice system is set up is... a person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That's every person's constitutional right. So as OJ sits in this court room he is an innocent man. The prosecution must prove that he is the murderer beyond a reasonable doubt. The Defense, on the other hand, must punch holes in the prosecution's presentation of evidence with the intent of showing reasonable doubt. Keep in mind that there were no eye witnesses and there was no murder weapon recovered. So the case is based purely on circumstantial evidence. The prosecution has to present a case where the evidence is strong enough to prove OJ's guilt. Let's look at the evidence....OJ's blood was found at the murder scene...on the gloves.... on and in the bronco, on the socks. Where is the doubt? He's guilty, right? Here is the doubt...OJ graciously volunteered to be questioned by the Police when he took the first flight back from Chicago to LA. During the questioning he agreed to allow LAPD to draw his blood. Detective Vannetter....instead of filing the blood, he took the blood vial with him back to the crime scenes. He had the blood with him for 3 or 4 hours. Is that crazy or what? If that's not enough reasonable doubt....how about this...The lab technician testified that he drew 8cc's of OJ's blood. He said that when Vanetter returned the vial back to the lab after having the blood at the crime scenes for 3 or 4 hours, 1.5cc's were missing. Do you hear me? 1.5 cc's of OJ's blood was missing. Hold up. If that is not enough reasonable doubt, check this out....All of OJ's blood recovered from the murder scene, from the gloves, from the socks... had EDTA in it. EDTA is the preservative that the lab places in the vial when blood is drawn. I don't see how anyone can honestly say that there was not reasonable doubt when there is a mountain of reasonable doubt. You can believe what you want to believe, but belief counts for nothing.

    • @jeffsmith825
      @jeffsmith825 4 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Yep. People say things like "they didn't prove he planted any evidence" but the reality is they didn't have to. They simply had to convince the jury it was possible and they'd introduced doubt. On top of that, the defense convinced the jury that there was a possible motive behind the possible planting of evidence. All of these assertions by the defense created reasonable doubt and the jury, without a murder weapon or eye witnesses, pretty much had no choice but to render a not guilty verdict.

    • @alisarproductions
      @alisarproductions 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      You're almost spot on. But, not all of the blood had EDTA. The blood on the back gate and the blood on the socks had EDTA. That said, having only found it in those two samples is enough to cancel out all of the blood.

      Just rewatching the chain of events that took place was just outrageous; and the behavior of law enforcement officers and every last one of them continued to lie about their involvement in this case. No matter how small it was, right down to the cop who put handcuffs on OJ; he admitted that he was told by Vanatter to arrest OJ. And under cross examination by Ms Clark tried to deny it in a round about way, for fear of being an outcast in LAs predominantly white law enforcement officers. Ms Clark spent an entire case defending law enforcement officers, especially when Mark Fuhrman's Generational Racism was called into question even saying that she wanted a copy of F. Lee Bailey's statements about Fuhrman using racial epithets at Black men. The planting of evidence was obvious even in the collection of evidence by Mr Fung and Ms Mazzola a trainee criminalist who did not lie about putting her initials on those blood evidence that was collected at the crime scenes, only to be changed by Mr Fung and replaced her initials with his own. This is the same individual who took OJs blood from Vanatter at OJs resident, not realizing he was being filmed indirectly now both Vanatter and Fung are caught in a lie. How can anyone trust the blood evidence with all this lying by people who are responsible for the collection of evidence. Was the blood evidence at OJs resident accidentally mixed up with the blood evidence at Nicole's residence? We're left to trust the police officers and investigators involved with this case who worked for the LA Law enforcement agencies. It doesn't look good! F. Lee Bailey's breaking down of Mark Fuhrman was the entire collapse of this case just masterful how one man flipped this case from OJ murdering both Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman to an entire police force becoming the suspects against OJ. The prosecution team was outlawed by the best money could afford from their forensic experts to special investigators who traveled the globe in search of evidence. Personally I believe that like most law enforcement agencies in America when it comes to handling Black African Americans," you are guilty until proven innocent, because they can't afford adequate attorneys who will fight for Justice. Unlike a public defender who works for the State with limited resources and no budget to defend their clients,guilt or innocence. Your more likely to accept a plea bargain rather than face a lengthy trial that's going to cost the state money. OJ Simpson wasn't that case and the verdict wasn't what Americans expected on all sides of the great divide racially and politically, and economically
      The only thing that didn't come into this case was Religion.........

M?mmmmmmmm everyone know blood 4 or 5 hours in the air dries real quick like 30 mins at most. He also said he saw them by his feel. The. He denied saying it

To clarify...a belief is an individual opinion? Is that fair to say? I’m asking you to guide me to or lead me to a fact or some evidence that leads you to entertain the belief. Keep in mind these points while thinking back....what does Furhman have to tangibly gain by planting a glove. Why would he plant a glove? Do you think that he would risk his career trying to frame O.J? Finally...and do you think that by planting the glove...not only would it convict the person he’s trying to frame...but that he would be able to plant the evidence and not only get away with planting it...but then get everyone involved on the exact same page that covers his planting of the evidence...and by everyone being on the same page means they now to may get caught lying or conspiring in a capital case and risk jail,careers, etc....just to get a conviction. To convict O.J. Doesn’t seem logical, worth it, plausible, realistic. I’m basing everything I said on reality, facts, reasoning....not opinion or belief. I’m curious to hear your version of fact relating to each of the things I mentioned above.

      Ms Clark's direct examination of Mark Fuhrman was a disaster for starters she opens Fuhrman up as a racist person who made racist remarks to a white woman Kathleen Bell and several other white women. Then tried to say the defense team played the race card, when it was the prosecution team, who were defending a racist, and got exposed not only did they get exposed but this was the beginning of the end, and those gloves would come back to blow the case out of the courtroom. Mark Fuhrman isn't smirking anymore and trying to be a wise guy by now he's trapped by his own words. What an idiot he's most definitely a criminal cop, because he can't even keep up with his own lies. This was the best cross examination in the case. When recalled back to the witness stand outside the presence of the Jurors Mark Fuhrman pleads the fifth amendment. Inspite of all that was going on in that courtroom; I couldn't believe that public opinion was willing to accept Mark Fuhrman's pleading the fifth amendment after being accused of planting evidence among other things. At this point the case over in the closing arguments Ms Clark had to admit in front of that Jury that Mark Fuhrman was a racist and we all know what a racist is capable of? "Anything! Fuhrman said it himself on tape that he would falsify evidence to arrest a Black man regardless if he was innocent or not.

Why did the prosecution object Judge Ito's suggestion as he was going to tell the jurors to extrapolate his evasiveness based on the prosecutions's decision not to bring him to the witness stand? No one can tell me that the jurors were not advised about the prosecution's stern objection. Someone inside must have told something to the sequestered jurors what the heck went on!

This stems from several things, but mainly if a person is arrested and brought into court on charges, people AUTOMATICALLY think he's guilty. Even if it's unconscious.....
      We all have that mindset. I even thought OJ was guilty at 1 point. When I really got into this case and STUDIED it that's when it hit me "Wow he really couldn't have committed these murders".
      As far as Furhman. Bailey really disliked this guy and you can sense that as well. The guy was notorious for setting people up. And in 2022, you can't believe it, but people actually overlook that, and still believe he didn't plant evidence even after him admitting that he does that to people.....What a world this is.
