    Hey, I’m currently in my covid 408 visa and I previously held a 485 visa. According to the new change can I apply for a student visa after 1st of July?

      Yes you can the visa restrictions are for only those subclasses which are mentioned in the official website of home affairs and 408 subclass is not mentioned there so you can apply for student visa anytime after expiry of your current visa

    As usual, your video is insightful and you clearly presented the changes and its way out.
    Is there any video you presented how to buy a used car in Australia? If so, please share me the link or if not it would be a great idea to do a video about used car options and some sort of specifications that matter price and should international students consider before buying cars.

    Hello sirr, i have filed my student visa on 24th may and have submitted all the documents which ever were asked. But, i feel like i might be facing a rejection coz my dad ITR income is zero. The reason for ITR being zero was, we had some losses during covid and whatever earnings we are doing is directly getting covered by that loss and then the total income in acknowledgment letter is coming zero.
    According to you will that be an issue for rejection??

      If you meet all the requirements there's no way you'll be denied the student visa.Ofcourse they ve tighten abit because some foreigners abused the system. Though if you have all requirements go for it

    Sir does it means if no further stay is not mentioned in visitors visa then also we are unable to convert ? Please reply

    • @anywaytechreview
      @anywaytechreview หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This is the current rule
      But from 1st July, you cannot apply for student visa from visitor visa at all even if that “ no further stay” status is not there, you cannot apply for student visa onshore while having visitor visa, psw or graduate visa
      This means if you want to apply for student visa then you have to leave Australia(the cheapest destination for this might be New Zealand) and apply for Australian student visa, from outside Australia

    Many Indian students have been rorting our system cheating and lying. Changes have to be made because of this occurrence. There are many honest students but some are spoiling it for others. In this country we are not used to continual misappropriation in order to succeed. Please learn to be honest. It is very important

    International education is supposed to be an export industry for Australia. At least, that's how universities have sold it. That is, it is supposed to be a product that Australia sells in order to bring in money from overseas.
    But it has only just been realised that many people were entering the country as students and then primarily funding their studies through largely unskilled work performed in Australia - thus defeating the intended purpose.
    Of course, the universities don't care where the money comes from that funds their classrooms (whether from inside Australia or from overseas) but, on a national scale, Australia paying for the international students isn't how it was supposed to work.
    I think it was the sky-high cost of living crisis in Australia - with the associated rise in homelessness and unemployment requiring even greater expenditure from the government in order to mitigate social disaster - that has forced changes to an industry that was not being used as untended and not bringing in as much financial benefit to the country as intended.
    Just my opinion.
