1. Always buy an extra pack of hair that adds great dimensional color to your collection. Yes, it costs more upfront, but it gives you more options to achieve the desired color results and helps build your extension inventory.
2. Stay organized. Keep track of the colors, lengths, and textures of hair you have. Conduct bi-weekly inventory checks to ensure all hair is accounted for and properly removed from inventory when used or purchased for a client.
Be proactive.
3. Keep tabs on what hair will be needed for upcoming client installs or weft replacements. This ensures you have the correct hair in stock for future appointments.
