Last week I was talking to my gf that its not that into sports about how emotional some moments can be. And she asked me if I had ever cried because of a sport moment. From the top of my head I remembered a couple ones, always related to success/failure. She thought awkward since she hardly saw me crying.
Just finished this epic video and I'm once again crying happy tears because of this game. That was, hands down, the best sports related moment I've ever witnessed. And you're hearing that from a brazilian that has football (the real one) competing toe to toe with basketball as my favorite sport.
I've been a Blazers fan for aprox 10 years, and I'll always remember the draft we took Dame. If you're a blazer fan, man, I know you knew that it would be something big. And to see where we are now, with him leading us, after all we've been through since last year... its awesome.
To see guys like Stotts, Aminu, Hark, even Meyers, that faced so much criticism over the last few years, thrive the way they did here, its something that I'll never forget.
Thanks Dame, and thanks Blazers. I know we're not done yet and I'm ready to more moments like this do happen on the upcoming days.
One day I'll realize my dream of watching a game in Portland.

He was spot on that year I know I’m a Blazers fan but even if I wasn’t I would’ve gone with the Blazers I never understood why people thought and they were going to win the series it didn’t make sense then it doesn’t make sense now

I saved game 5 on my DVR for a year and watched the last 7 minutes at least 20 times. My wife just left me alone in my joy. Thank you Blazers.
People need to remember how great Enes Kanter was when Nurkic went down that season. It all could have gone down hill but Kanter's play was phenomenal in the regular season and into the playoffs. The entire team was phenomenal... but Kanter's contribution was crucial.

YT redirected me here from a Dame interview and I hadn't noticed this was an official Blazers post, thought maybe it was by a superfan, and I was thinking, damn whoever this is needs to be making at least six figures, the editing is fantastic, transitions and vibrations synced to the beat, commentary perfectly placed with clutch plays. Certainly helps to have such a plethora of wonderful moments to work with. Hopefully the recap of the Denver series has a similar ending! Rip City!!!

Only complaint here is, to make it more cinematic, showing off some of the disrespect that Westbrook and Schroder lobbed at Dame during games 3 and 4. It gives so much context as to why he waved goodbye to OKC after that game 5 winning shot. It was Dame ending the trash talk that OKC started.
