I just purchased this same tool earlier today to sharpen my lawn mower blades. I've never had an angle grinder before and the instructions were not very clear, at least to this beginner. Anxious to give it a go this weekend. Thanks for the video.

You need the biggest battery you can get what the 2 amp or 1.5 that won't cut it

It's the basic model. The brushless HP is more heavy duty. I have the One Plus brushless non HP. I use a 9ah battery on that one.

I have one, it's not as powerful as I had hoped for but for me personally I love the way it feels in my hands and I love the trigger switch. You _really_ need a 6Ah or larger battery to get the most out of the tool.

@@brucechastainreviews The first one wore out from very heavy use and I well and truly got my moneys worth out if it,so I bought the same model again.

Just a heads up, if u use it with the 2ah (I think) in the video it won’t b as productive and I have had it happen to me, they (ryobi) recommends a 4aH or bigger

hows this tool holding up? Also what is the battery life like on the 2ah batterys, ive heard alot of people say that they drain fast?

I really haven't used it a lot since the video, I did one job cutting some wires and pipes, the battery lasted the job, but I think with the 2ah, it's really only good for smaller jobs.

Your first problem is your using a grinding wheel not a cut off wheel

You have a ruler tattoo, have no clue how a grinder works then you try to grind through steel and say its bogging down. Its a issue of the right tool. From the user to the blade or disc. How you thought you could give a review on this boggles my brain. Don't give up though keep working on it.

You should know the tool you're reviewing........that tool is one of the most dangerous to use.

Did you really tried putting a grinding wheel backwards?? Maybe just maybe, you shouldn't be doing these types of reviews 😂
