Rock mode drove up that way better than sport. Great machine and good job guys with the vids showing viewers what these machines can do before they buy.
I’m thinking in Rock mode if you slowly roll into the throttle you might not have that issue maybe? I’m thinking the combo of wet sand on the stock tires wasn’t helping either. Throw some 35” Roxxzillas on it and maybe Rock mode will be better?
I think you got it right. Certainly more seat time getting used to the throttle would produce better results. Wet sand is a player in the equation, however a crawler she is not! That much HP through a snap a go style CVT will never equate to a true crawler. Imagine if it didn’t have an exceptional low. Not knocking the driver or the machine, it’s going to do all kinds of amazing things crawler style machines can’t and it’s a huge leap forward for the UTV industry, but I was just at the chute a few weeks ago on wet sand. A turbo S four seat went up it just like that spinning all the way with an experienced driver that’s been up it many times. A KRX with a driver that was his first time ever in a UTV and maybe 30 min of drive time behind the wheel went up it and crawled all the way without slipping any tires. Point is, less power delivered through a wet clutch is what a crawler is. Trying to delicately tame that much power through a snap and go CVT, not so much.
I want to hear one of these with a healthy exhaust system. I can’t imagine what they’ll sound like once people start building high horsepower engines and putting turbos on these
I think rock mode applies to bouncing through the rough stuff vs climbing the wall. Anyone else hear that rattle as the machine was turned off? Also didn't look like it was shifted into park before shutting off? Different shift pattern? Can't wait for my Turbo R 2 seater!!! Thanks guys, been waiting for actual ride vids.
I saw one of these at the dealership on 35s. It looked awesome, but i have my doubts about putting tires that big on one of these. Anyone know if these things can actually handle 35s without too much power loss or compenents breaking?
@@RevolutionOffRoad18 I must be over thinking things then lol. I’ve been trying to find a belt, beadlocks and skid plate. Have the rest already ordered
Nice video but I’m not impressed. Too many electronic bs things. Just set it up and go. Learn to steer brake and work the throttle without needing a setting for everything LOL.

Glad you enjoyed it!
I would imagine in Rock Mode the car accounts for tire slippage as well. Looked sketchy in Sport Mode
Your videos never disappoint me!
Very impressive.
Awesome and very cool looking machine.
Would like to know what the clunking sound is after you shut the machine off 🤔. Clutches?
sounds like they added the options that canam has had on the x3 since 2017.
Thanks for the video guys! I guess my 18’ xp 4 is an analog car compared to these new ones. 🤣
How’s the stereo in it? Thinking about adding the sun when I get mine. Also is the roof metal or plastic?
Wheres the back half of that machine? Looks like it got cut off.

We may or may not be throwing Roxxzillas on it as we speak. 🙀

Will sound like a heard of bumble bees on the trails !
12.5 to 1 compression is not too Turbo friendly.
@@garhead169 low boost should be fine. YXZs are 11.5:1. Just depends on the cylinder wall thickness
Rpm Powersports just dropped a video. Their machine has custome exhaust
Amazing 👍🏾

Yeah I heard that clunk both times it was turned off.
Yes, I think you are right with the Rock mode. It does make a weird rattle noise when you turn it off 🤷🏼♂️
@@RevolutionOffRoad18 maybe something with the exhaust? Still bad ass! More ride videos please!!! Did you buy it or polaris give a demo???
Yes, we bought it. We will keep releasing more videos, for sure.
Did you lock the front gear box or does that occur automatically in rock mode?
My rock crawler edition with 55 % lower gearing would basically idle up that.

From what I see most people are throwing 35's on the Pro R with no issues
💪🏼💪🏼
Did Polaris extend the wheelbase? it looks almost as long as a can am now
Yes they did. It is technically about 1.5" shorter wheelbase than an X3 Max.
Were you in LOW gear?
Big turbo kit= 300 whp monster.
Yes, indeed.
You had any luck finding a spare belt for it?
We honestly haven't tried yet.
@@RevolutionOffRoad18 I must be over thinking things then lol. I’ve been trying to find a belt, beadlocks and skid plate. Have the rest already ordered
I think the difference is turbo vs non turbo. Once your Out of the turbo lag you barely have to press the gas
My car is tuned for short course and I make boost around 3000 rpm which is nothing on these cars
How do you know 🤔
Ya rock mode look way better!
Heck yeh 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
Yeah buddy!

ugh not loving that rock mode
