Here is question, now I have Red veil and steel meridian both at max I have all open to me , ,, if I play with the 3rd syndicate and will rank it up , it will clock to me some auguments again on red veil and steel meridian?!

U can do 4 factions though it's a bit of a pain but worth it

Technically, you can do all 6 factions but the amount of micro-managing is so crazy that it's not really worth it.

You can have up to 4 positive but you need to be very selective and pay attention to whose allies and neutrals
