  • The Firebox is one of the best stoves due to its ability to be a multi-fuel stove. Being able to burn more than one source of fuel means no more worrying about having enough fuel to make it through multiple days on a trip.

I'm impressed! "Fire box myth" I clicked on this video so fast! Lol! I need to take title lessons from you!
Very nice presentation! What's cool about all this is how fun it is to do all these different methods with the Firebox Stoves That's not only my experience but that's the feedback I get, that It's just plain fun.
Our Black Friday sale starts November 1st. I know it seems early but it's our biggest sale of the year.
    Thanks again!

On the G-2 5" titanium can it hold the same number of Dutch ovens as the stainless steel G - 2 5"just wondering because I own the stainless steel G - 2 5" and it is the best universal wood and fuel stove,I have the deluxe G - 2 witch comes everything extra sticks all 3 grill plates insert for wood & charcoal plus boilerplate
If your going to buy one go with the deluxe G-2 5"you will be glad you did it's the best all malti fuel wood stove

You can use hand sanitizer to start those pellets.
Works similar to gel fuel starter.
ok, enough with the boring water boiling!
I want to see a fat juicy STEAK being cooked!
    How about dry baking?

@@g2outdooradventures4 I believe the hand sanitizer is a lot cheaper too.
      You are very welcome!
Did you know that you can heat a pot of construction sand on that stove and then use it as a tent heater? Bigger the pot the longer it will heat for.
No worries about O2 depletion of CO.
      Or tipover and resulting fire.
Avoid silica sand because it could melt into glass.

Nice presentation. Considering buying one, just see no good reason to buy it for using with an alcohol stove -- my .46 oz windshield works great with my alcohol stove. Would not need it for my cannister fuel either. But looks great for wood and pellets.

Are you French? What the hell is a brickay? It’s pronounced brick ette. Other than that and the misleading title, good video and super cute goat. Thanks.

I have both and they are absolutely my favorite camping gear. Just wait until you get your hands on the freestyle. I love mine as it replaces my 5inch for my needs but I'm still going to hang on to it. The nano is so small and versatile not to use. Works perfect with the freestyle stove 🤙

I love my Nano, Trangia straight in the bottom with out the nano sticks, gives a pretty quick boil of my Trangia kettle.

i like the firebox but if i need to bring fuel to burn more than twigs I might as well bring an actual fuel stove.

It’s pretty handy for traveling through areas with biomass burn bans. Allows me to extend my gas can usage on longer trips or take a smaller can on long dirt rides.

I realize this presentation is a demo of the Firebox G-2, however, the very best in wilderness cooking can be done with a Kelly Kettle. G-2 is fine and is a great “gadget” their is no doubt about that, but it is not a serious, durable, hard hitting thing. IMO it is for folks who picnic at the lake, set up a tent in their back yard, stay overnight at a regional park, or are Glamping. If it actually was something that you needed to use to prepare food for any extended period of time, it would fail, the Kelly Kettle won’t. Thank you for you video.

I tend to go camping for 1-2 weeks at a time. I have been using a SS G-2 and Ti G-2 for all of the cooking for 4 guys and they have never let me down or missed a beat. Why would you think they would fail?
