Thanks Bjørn, I really appreciate the kind words and I'm very happy to see you out enjoying your Firebox Stove in mother nature's beautiful creation where you can clear your head while you fill your senses. Cheers!
Bjorn: “I’m developing an emotional bond with this stove”. I think we’re all developing an emotional bond with you good sir. We need more people like you in the world.
The firebox blows the bush box away, much more efficient and It does not plug up with ashes and it’s much cheaper. Steve at firebox is a real man and father.
I’ve been looking at these types of stoves now for a few months. I don’t jump right in on my gear, but like to research options, then make a decision. Well, it seems my decision has been made. If someone has a problem with Bjorn, then they also have a problem with me and will not benefit from my purchase of their products.
This was a nice place. Here in Australia we don’t use fire boxes but generally fires. As we have plenty of wood. But at the wrong time bushfires. When I lived in the Sahara I used two pieces of wood burning at ends which worked well. But when I had a good coal bed for heat. The Woddabe loved coming over and stealing my coals to bury then under the sand. They used these coals to put in a unusual container which once lit would heat their tea pot for a complicated tea ritual. They were very addicted to tea. Extremely strong. The Tuareg could pour it into a small glass from the back of a camel to cool it down to slurp. Which was respect. Robby Au
It can be hurtful when someone rejects your friendship. But in the long run, you are better off knowing who your friends are, and who are not your friends. The man did you a favor by exposing the kind of small person he is.
Once a company I deal with goes political, & allows those political views to interfere with their customer service, I cut ties with them . That looks like a great little stove , I hope it serves you well. my friend !
I have the Nano X-case kit. Super fun to play with, super efficient and super tiny/compact for a reasonable price. Love it ! But to be even more "ultralight/compact" for hiking, I now tend to use only 4 tent pegs and a simple bunsen burner wire gauze square above an open fire or a Dakota firepit, which both nest into my bottle/cup combo. But anyway, Steve is so passionate about his work you just can't go wrong with Firebox stoves, its super well designed and built.
I understand completely how you feel, Steve and the guys at firebox are really nice people, so easy to deal with. The stoves ooze quality, everything about them is excellent. I love his videos to , pack goats! Unreal
Bjorn👍👍 I also have both stoves in stainless steel, a bit heavier but still manageable. I will say the Firebox stove has a few more options and ways of use, but both do the job. Didn't know Bushcraft Essentials had a political agenda or a problem with your channel, too bad they have to express opinions. Make for sure to watch the Firebox channel and videos for many tips and tricks. Good stuff.
Really! That's interesting that the Bushbox owner disasociated himself from your take on the narrative. I use a Bushbox but will therefore change BECAUSE of that. Just like I gave away CD's of artists who were pro narrative, stopped watching films of actors who endorse the agenda and turned my back on freinds and family who are welcoming the transhunanist apocalypse. Firebox for me
Welcome to the Firebox Family Bjorn,,,!!!!! Your 100% right,, the Versatility and ease of use, is Unmatched,, anywhere,,!!!! Weather wood pellets, charcoal, the Trangia gas or alcohol,, the Firebox accommodates them with ease. As you mentioned,, baking with the Billy can,, breads or meats,, it’s all accomplished. Great Video,,!!! Blessings,,, Joshua
Man Bjorn, I relly like your main channel. But besides politics etc, your bushcrafting and Vikings Videos mean so much to me. Love those kind of videos since years. Keep up staying true. Greetings from bavaria 👍❤️
I have the Firebox Nano xcase (not titanium) - and I love it! Perfect for boiling water, or for a pan of bacon. Only drawback of the tiny one is that you have to feed it constantly - but that was expected. ᛞ
Well soon will be able to go out any day to hike the trails and enjoy nature and try out the hiking equipment that I have accumulated for my retirement. I look forward to all your videos.
I've recently funded their latest Kickstarter, so I'm waiting for that to arrive. But from my understanding, the design maximizes airflow to reduce smoke. Which means we won't hear the classic Bjorn tagline 'here comes the smoke'.
I like it how big it is compared to the one I have. Always wanted to have more room for sticks so I gotta search if it's available here in Finland. Keep up the good work man, it's important.
Very interesting what you say about Bushbox not liking that you speak your mind Bjorn. I've been trying to decide between the two wood stoves for sometime now, but that comment has made up my mind, I'll be buying a Firebox. Thanks for sharing.
I love your talks....but I love your seclusion journeys and the peace of mind and soul most of all. Wish I could join you and your mission if only as a friend
I got home from a hunting and camping trip and one of these stoves was waiting for me. I had told my daughter about it, and she tried to rush it to me as an early surprise Yule present, before I left on my trip, but FedEx dropped the ball on that. It looks like it will be a great addition to my Billy Pot.
I have the firebox nano; I think the smallest of the Firebox brand. It came with a couple of extra pins, that will hold an alcohol burner (like the one from Trangia) a suitable distance from pan/kettle ᛞ
Yeah, I have many other stoves and wish I could afford the firebox in titanium so I will continue to use the stainless model which I love. I don't have all the bells and whistles, can't afford them so I make my own.
Great timing, I just ordered and received mine this week. I've been seeing it in your videos, so I looked into it and watched a few reviews and some of his videos. Everyone that has it seems to love it. I got the stainless steel version, and am looking forward to trying it out.
Yeah, I have both stoves... The Firebox is head and shoulders above the bushbox... I've done numerous side by side tests with wood and wood pellets...there is a markedly different burn. I'm no expert but I think it's down to airflow, and the way the Firebox is designed to improve airflow...
Thank you for creating this channel. I don't care much for politics. Hoping you post more good outdoor wilderness and Bushcraft content! Happy New Year!
EACH OF US, SHOULD DO WHAT IS WRIGHT & BELIEVES IN, SO WE HAVE THAT TO STAND ON. IF SOMEONE ELSE, DOESEN'T AGREE W/ WHAT WE BELIEVE IN, THEN THATS, THAT!! Do take care. Fl., U.S.A.
Considering getting one of these style stoves , but pricepoint is a big consideration for me These are a lot more than the robbens or the BB . That's a big consideration for me.
I agree, i have been using bushbox for a while, they a good, but I have the impression that the firebox is more efficient, since it is more enclosed. Stay safe! Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪
Hei på deg Bjørn. Takk for videoene dine. Jeg og mannen min setter stor pris på det arbeidet du gjør. Mannen er på Jomsviking bok nummer fire nå, og t-skjorten "I rather go viking" er favoritten hans. Du er et lys i mørket i disse vanskelige tider. Takk!
Tried filming myself in the woods like Bjorn, got myself a little wood stove from amazon and it's not as good as this little box but its does the job! City life sucks especially when you're a student who loves to be around the woods.
Thanks for your clear ideas about the danger we have to fight (will you fight) And thanks for this kind of videos that help us to breeze and stay joyful So I love to watch your old videos (2,3,4,5 years from now) always a nice moment
The herd mentality is strong among the herd animals. They can not stand to have their picture of reality challenged. It becomes too much for them to handle. Should their reality go together? So they have to poke at people who question the narrative.
Hi, I have missed out on linking up to your website. I have been looking at a twig, wood stove for some time. It's interesting what you say. I have found several other reviews, which point in the same direction. Take care
Hi hope you're well . Interesting video. I recently got the bushbox LF and a birthday present , I do like it so far but was debating about that or a firebox . Half wish I went for the firebox after hearing that but hey ho it's done now . Anyway take care and keep up the good work 👍
I like your new stove! Multipurpose plus it looks nice. You gave me an idea. Wondering how heavy it is since it’s titanium? Hope you had a great day in the woods! ✨🍁💫
We have the standard Firebox (SS), as well as the Firebox Scout and Titanium Nano. We have the Billy Pot cooking set up and the pizza stone, coffee set as well as other Firebox products. We absolutely love them! We enjoy using them so much, that we don't wait for a hike or camping trip! My husband cooks the family roast in his BillyPot oven out on the porch. We invite the whole family out with all their twig stoves for cookouts! We never leave home without one! Welcome to the Firebox Family! Be sure to watch Channel to see all the innovative ways others have found to use the Firebox stoves!
Bjørn, a friend and I had a conversation leading to rap. I mentioned that rap originated in England but he told me that the earlier is in fact Scandinavia. Can you please do a video on the origins of Viking bard or rap battle? Feel like something else is being stolen from Nordic culture.
What are you using as tinder? is it just cotton woll or did you add some wax or something else to it? I tried it on the weekend with pure cotton wool but it didn`t work out very well.
I look at it this way, the camp stove was yours, you paid for it. I don't get why the manufacturer or supplier of the other brand would feel that he has any say over what you use?
Thanks Bjørn, I really appreciate the kind words and I'm very happy to see you out enjoying your Firebox Stove in mother nature's beautiful creation where you can clear your head while you fill your senses. Cheers!
Thanks a lot, my friend!
ABSO-FRICKEN-LUTELY enjoy my Firebox Titanium G2 stove and accessory kit!!
Well I know what I'm buying soon.
@Tai Chi Tube Id keep it. They already got your money. Just dont buy anything else from them.

Bjorn: “I’m developing an emotional bond with this stove”.
I think we’re all developing an emotional bond with you good sir. We need more people like you in the world.
We surely do! 😊
I have no tolerance for companies that have no regard for free speech.
Bushbox is now on my black list.
When you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you're only telling the world that you fear what he might say......thank you Sir

Just ordered one of these from a Canadian Company in Ontario. It should be here in a couple of weeks.

Bush box just went into the scrap metal tote. Bye bye.
Business wise we need to support people who hold out....live and live free...be selective who you do business with...its part of taking a stand
One door closes another opens .that wood looks more and more the space to be 👌
Just that Ferro rod single strike alone , would have made you a GOD in caveman days
Politics aside, firebox stove is the king of stoves.

Bjorn to be wild (and free). Love this guy. I feel like he is my brother from ages past. Let us make a plan to get bjorn over here. I will do my part.
Bjørn is on fire
Burn to be wild.
Thank you, Bjorn. I was looking for a portable stove and this fits the bill. I'm ordering one on your recommendation.

Firebox goat guy and his family do some of videos that are awesome. Really nice and he pushes the envelope of the stove capabilites.

I bought the titanium version yesterday on the Black Friday sale afternoon watching your video.

$50 is not an irrelevant amount of money. However, considering it's a product that will probably last your entire lifetime it's not that expensive.
@@fredrikbystrom7380 I agree, but you have to find that spare money to begin with.
