It dose not work any more for some reason. The way phantoms get in boats are different and it dose not let you hit them. If you however, use a bamboo raft the hit box is smaller and you can hit them from the top. Also, you need be using at least piercing three or this will not work
it didnt work, it only broke the boat even if it didnt break the boat, it wouldve only killed one, because apparently the arrow can only go through one phantom
