- If you are on the hunt for beautiful waterfalls in North Carolina head on over to Linville Gorge and check out Linville Falls. Linville Falls is probably one of the most famous waterfalls on the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as one of the most photographed waterfalls in North Carolina. There are 5 different viewpoints to see this beautiful waterfall from and each one gives you a different perspective.

This is the hiking trail(s) that I have hiked more than any other in my life. So much nostalgia! I grew up about 40 minutes from there so it was just easy for my parents to throw us all in the car and go, it’s even beautiful in the off season ❤

Really is a beautiful place 🙂 It's not really crowded if you get there early. When we first got there there was only like two cars in the parking lot.

The falls were amazing and you are so right about fall colors and how the sun changes it all. And my favorite would be....hm...all of them .. red orange yellow mixed with the contrast of green pines. Nice magnet too. Nice to have the second trail too.
Hard to choose! There was actually another side trail that led you to the actual bottom of the waterfall and I don't know how we missed it lol Guess we have something to look forward to next time! Appreciate you watching 😀

We go down the last trail you were on and go al the way down to the end-bottom and let the grandkids play in the water. There is a safe area for this. It's usually about ankle deep. All of the views here are always breath-taking, no matter the season. It's one of our "happy places". wa

Been there twice and love it. I hope you also saw Duggers Creek Falls (accessible from same parking lot). It’s small, but an amazing hidden gem.

Was there in April on a weekend I must’ve got lucky. Not too many people and cars, dispersed camped Saturday and hiked to Erwins view Sunday morning. Great video. Thx!
I think everyone rushes there for peak season! It's probably a really popular waterfall all year around but it's insane and that area with all the fall foliage during October.
Definitely got to get there early if you're visiting then!

Who doesn't love standing in line to see a waterfall? I bet it was packed out there during peak season in NC! It is beautiful out there! Crabtree Yellow and Bright Red are awesome colors!!
It was really packed after 11:00 or 12: 00 It's time to get out of there 😂
You get there early though and beat the crowd It is so worth it!

You're going to love it! If you're going to any of these really popular spots you see in the videos that we made during peak season Definitely get there as early as possible or you can kind of wait around towards the end of the day maybe for the crowds to taper off.
This particular hike is extremely popular if you get there late you won't even find a parking spot.
The colors are so vibrant. We usually go at 7:30 am where ever we go for parks. Because people come when the the visitor center opens usually. Peak Season is the best. Only last a couple of weeks here in IL. Those are great view of the falls. So what do you think of Francis leaving the UFC?
It seems to go by so fast it's almost hard to catch when you have to drive to it lol Definitely got to get to places like that early 😁
Never really was a fan. He has an awesome story but I feel like as soon as he got a few bucks in his pocket he completely forgot who he was. I agree the UFC should pay the fighters more. But this guy wanted to get paid more than Connor 🤣

There will still be leaves on the trees in November but it won't be peak season. That was around October 20th.

which hike is better? if you only do one
They are both very doable in the same day It's really easy. I would do all the overlooks if I only had time to do the one though. Both of the trails should be listed in the description.
